Because it is about nepotism, always about nepotism in BW. Someone like Rajkumar Rao had to fight to be there, want to be there, train to be there and most of all earn the right to be there through his talent. IDK much about his past or struggle but I assume economic struggle is part of it before he made it. Someone like Harsh rattles off names like Motwane. But for Rajkumar to do a Motwane movie, he had to earn the right to be in that room with him. No one is going to open that door for him, he had to kick it down because of his abilities not last name or pedigree.
Most of all if he does not do all these movies, he does not have an old father to earn and pay his bills while he sits on his fat, lazy ass like Harsh or Abhi. His father is probably retired like most normal fathers.
