What a lovely episode tonight! From the start till the end it flowed with emotions- mesmerised, smiling, happy, shocked, angry, letting it go, standing for what is right and at last setting her free! Every emotion well felt at each point just theat the pace could be better! its still on rajdhani express😆 I think from the time this song was out we have wanted it on Shivika and thus we have a musical review coming up in sometime...😳

The episode begins with a brilliant cinematography in the background as Shivaay and Anika stand before God for diffferent reasons. One thanking God on the eve of her birthday and asking for blessings. Second happy for the newest blessing of his life, Anika. Since she is the balmy moon for his heart-burned in darkness. His sleep is over after what he has done with her but she has truly forgiven him and thus, has the courage to dream on.

Thus, she is happy and surprised to see him @Mandir. The business of the year is clever as he tells her that came to seek blessings too for the his upcoming business with the Chinese Delegation😆 Oh! Billu we all know how work always take a back seat for you over Anika😳

Khannaji decides to add to his worry just at the right time with the hugest bouquet in his hands😆 After the encounter with his siblings he fumbles to tell the right reason for the bouquet and thus donates the same in the duty of God! Presence of mind I must say Billuji. But not before asking her or rather telling her to pick one.😆 She chooses red for lovers but he tells her to choose the yellow for friendship. May be a premonition that they will be Misunderstaning each other's feelings in the future.

The next scene is truly mesmerising and leaves you speechless with Anika's beauty as he seeks her permission to adorn her with a yellow rose to rose of his life since on a lighter note it will match her green eyeliner😉She looks on with astonishment, surprise and happiness as he takes care of her so delicately as if she is a real flower.

But the moment is ruined with Nikhil's entry out of nowhere! Still fresh from their last encounter he blames her with so much negativity to ruin his life. The 'Sirf dost' cant take it anymore and fights back for her but she asks him to back off. Please note there is no sadness for Nikhil in her eyes. She was never in love with him. All along she has been only been in love with the idea of being married for having so that she has a respectable status in society after what her mother had done. Thats why the sindoor is still important to her.

In private, she is the cloud about to rain as she tells him, "Ki yahi mera naseeb hai" and billu in the moment of waiting is determined to change that for her this birthday! Since each gift that he gifts from here on is a step towards their own milan as it is written in their fate to be together this very moment itself!

Since he does things differently as quoted by Anika this episode, her second gift to her is a birthday surprise with all her family members including his being a party to it by hook or by crook😆 Gauri gets her to her old home in lieu of Sahil but she is surprised to see all the decorations done in her honour! Om n Prinku join in too with celebrations with the now suited, booted & tie-d SSO😉.

With him comes the third gift *rubbing my eyes* the sober chachiji! This time opening her chonch for the right reasons, " I didnt recognise the jewel you are, this is your home and you need to be back here." God! I have been missing our classy OM now and so wanted to scream no! she needs to get back there, thats her real abode!

Next is to stand with her and tell the gaowala's that she is innocent as she was hiding my mistakes so dare anybody says anthing to her now.😳

Meanwhile Gauri and Om share a hilarious moment as she takes him to talk something private and we have all are eyes rolling like Om as to what is it? I have to say this scene is done brilliantly and it was kind of refreshing to see both of them together after a long time. And then comes the googly as we have a hearty laugh with Prinku & Sahil when Gauri asks Om, "Main kitne dino se aap se puchna chahti hun ki aap apne baalon mein kya lagate hai as they are so bouncy n shiny!"🤣

While the family rejoices, Shivaay takes Anika to celebrate her birthday this time more privately in a grand setting since she is the one that is his destinations, hoping that there is a road of her name that will lead him to her. Gnawing with his feeling he wants to know whether she is the one that makes his heart what it is, as she is slowly beginning to beat as his heart. Hence, they both make a wish for such happiness filled day and she cuts the cake.

She is happy with so much to hold for the day as the gifts with such kind countenance is double the present. But then comes baap of all gifts, quite expected from SSO, the divorce papers! On the first intstance you will be angry with Shivaay but he explains or rather Harneet explains it clearly, " Main aaj tumhe iss zabardasti ke rishte se azad karta hun Anika. Jo rishta nafrat ki buniyad oe tika ho uska toot jana hi sahi hai. Tumhari zondagi sirf tumhari hai Anika, usko kaisa jeena hai uska faisla bhi sirf tum karogi, aur koi nahi, main bhi nahi." Like a true Gentleman he has set her free from the bonds that binds her to him for all the wrong reasons, thus giving life to the quote...

If you love someone, set them free

If they come back they are yours

If they dont, they never were😳

Great review, Twish! Yes, Shivaay was like a computer programmer today, undoing all his past wrong deeds, as best as he could and drawing some exclamations along the way for his sweet gesturs!

Rimi, even I dont understand the logic behind sindhoor! And why was he playing with her hair? Did not look dosti to me! 😉

Overall, a not bad episode! Some inconsistencies as Nihara has suggested in her post, but overall watchable!

Hope they give good coverage to Om and Gowri! First ACP was missing! Now looks like Rudy has gone in search too! Hence the serial does not come across as balanced!

I will say that Annika is one confused soul.She herself suddenly puts away the mangalsutra,denies that Shivaay is her husband,refuses to go to her sasural and asks Shivaay to forget the "zabardasti shaadi"

BUT

she puts on sindoor!!!!

When Shivaay sets her free, she backtracks and feels injured and ditched!!!!!!!

GIrl! Make up your mind !!!😕

I am more in sync with Shivaay and understand what he feels.He is in love with Annika and only wants her happiness.

Shivaay is such a goofball...😆

That initial mandir scenes were my favourite...the way he made it seem like he stumbled on Annika coincidentally...😆

Khanna is having field time enjoying and teasing his awkward boss...😆

Remembering what his siblings said about big gifts and also because he is supposed to have accidentally meet Annika (by his story😆) he can't disclose that he got the flowers for her...

Upar se he has to reveal that he knows about Annika's birthday and ruin the surprise...😆

Meanwhile Annika is having hard time to understand this new Shivaay...who is nothing short of a labyrinth...😆

The thing is she has seen the worst in him, is trying to come to terms with the repercussions of it and now he has changed to the amazing Shivaay he is now...

Well...I'm ok with her taking time to decide...😆

She got burnt the first time she trusted Shivaay...it's obvious she would take time to make up her mind before trusting him again...once bitten twice shy...

And about Annika not wearing MS...but the sindoor...

Shivaay himself broke the MS...It was Annika who beaded it back together...there won't be a MS in the first place in this relationship if it wasn't for Annika...😆

And by not wearing MS Annika is sending her message( to Shivaay who had denied having married Annika) loud and clear that this marriage means nothing to her too...😆

And we know Annika has already accepted this marriage pehle se he...😆

Sindoor is for the world to see...(or it's necessary for TRP audience...😆)

varna a banda who claimed to be Annika's lover just announces to the whole chawl that Annika's izzath is my izzath...how would that take off the blemish...?him threatening would only worsen the situation right...

But I think with that gesture Shivaay just confirmed to the whole chawl that Annika is my wife...😆

The whole accusation was was that Annika was faking a marriage (khud sindoor dalke n all) to legitimize the bad deeds she did...and now Shivaay himself confirmed that what Annika said is true.. .😆

And that brought her the respect...

The thing I love about Shivaay is that he never does things low key...sab grand hothe hein bande ke planning..😃

And Annika's birthday celebration bhi epic hogaya..with him giving her a khadak party...got back surprisingly redeemed (😛) Chachi(ji😆)...cleared her name before the chawl people...

And Finally the divorce papers ...so as to free her from the rista he had forced her into...😆

I agree that it was a very wonderful move of billu...of setting her free...

(Agar Shivaay had asked Annika to come back home with her she would have...she was so ready yesterday...😆

And now with the divorce papers she will be more defensive...😆)

This gesture is really gonna bite us for some time...with Annika-Nikhil wedding plans...😆

Can't wait for Annika's response...😆

Om-Gauri were cute yesterday...

So knew that Gauri was going to ask Om about his hair...poor guy...uske maan mein ladoo phoot raha tha...who bhi non stop...😆

Prinku and Sahil teasing Om just made it more hilarious...😆
