He's not been cast opposite an A-List actress yet, which is a shame, as he is very talented & handsome.

He is handsome. But he has passed his prime. He cannot do mainstream (he never got an opportunity even when he was young). But he could be good for offbeat movies or matured romcoms (like what Irfan does). I feel he would look compatible with senior actresses.

Actresses like Madhuri or Juhi should act with people like him or Ronit Roy (rather than waiting for Khans) in a movie like English Medium, rather than going too arty with people like Nasiruddin Shah.
