Was Alka Yagnik the best female singer of 1990's? or Anurdha? Kavita?

i guess romantic genre was best for alka

Kavita Krishnamurthy and Sadhna Sargam were better singers but Anuradha Paudwal and Alka Yagnik were lucky too..some really good songs fell into their laps coz of connections n sheer luck.

Alka's voice suited 90's actresses really well. Her voice was sweet. Udit and Alka had the best duet songs.

Udit and alka both have a sweet voice. Whereas kumar sanu's voice is a bit nasal I feel. But ya she has sung many songs with Kumar sanu.
