They do look stunning together. I hope we get to see more of their scenes together. We got two close ups of Alexander holding out the necklace to put on a lady's neck - one with Barsine and one with Roxanne. The CVs chose a great way to contrast Alexander's equation with both ladies and the "chemistry" that everyone wants to see.Roxanne can now see the parallels of how he's treated her so gently all the time before and after marrying her but she kept mistreating him in return. Even after Roxanne's interruption and assertion that she has the right to everything first though, Barsine graciously acknowledges that. Olympias' words had the right effect, but it isn't hard to see why Alexander wouldn't be happy to marry Barsine and give her the status of his queen when she's so beautiful, gentle, and has the class of a royal lady. Since Darius is dead, he has no reason to be angry or hostile towards Barsine anyway, unless she performs her last-minute miracles in the war.I also don't think he was lying when he called Barsine the most beautiful woman he's ever seen (aside from his own mother), do you?😆And the way he touched her hair with affection, I was notexpecting that.Besides, jiska Bharat se koi naata hai, woh shakhs Alexander ko bohot bhaata hai.😉
I think her grace and demeanor truly won me over when Alexander and Roxanne were interacting in the front about her dance blahblahblah and in the background you can see Hephaestion, Cleitus and Olympia all three heeding toward her with a glass of wine to wish for her birthday and she preregardly solemnly bent her head to pay her respects to Olympia. That scene needed to be more highlighted.
