For women crying rape on failed relationship, think of the women who actually go through this type of abuse.

If failed relationship were rapes, than all the bollywood divas have gone through it. Priyanka, Katrina, kareena, deepika , alia, shraddha, ashwariya etc etc. All of them and many more.

the best part is that these women admit that it is consensual sex and still somehow everyone's time is wasted in fighting useless cases just so the girl can get back at the guy.

Indian courts are really stupid to not know the meaning of rape.

Girls be careful. Better not to have premarital sex or be ready to face the consequences. Unfortunately you have to face the biological consequences. Even the courts are supporting you, it's true but in the long run you won't get anything out of it. #Karma.

Better to be safe than sorry if u think u can't handle break up u should after sex u should avoid pre marital sex

Consensual sex and rape are so different either the law should change or be removed

Who knows why they broke up could be any reason it can be bcoz of something girl did or things were not working out

It doesn't gives girl a right to file a rape case

I personally know my one friend spend 15 months behind bars for this idiot law before getting bail... Being a girl they should understand the severity of rapes...These women are worse than beasts who do such crimes ..Sending a person in jail hell bcz u can't handle breakup
