I wanna watch it, but I can see how the direction may not be nice, like sensationalizing or dramatizing the unnecessary bits.

They are not demeaning prostitutes here with this dialogue. That's why he said "sadak pe khadi prostitute" instead of directly saying "prostitute". Prostitutes who stand on the streets are the ones who are ready to sell their services and have sex. Just like that, people think that po*nstars are ready to have sex anytime and anywhere.
