How good are Colombian women in dancing?

I'm heading to the beautiful country of Colombia and I'm a bit nervous. I'll be seeing my family who migrated there a few years back and I'm pretty nervous about the parties that'll take place. My cousin will be having a wedding as well and I'm honestly not a great dancer. Can anyone let me know how great they are? Just to set some expectations (and practice).
