He was anything but handsome then. Its post his wedding to Twinkle that he actually started looking better (better groomed to be precise) he is lucky to have aged well thanks to his lifestyle choices bas.

He is definitely the mardaana handsome man. The manly one because other best lookers like Sallu were kinda chocolate boyish.

He was one of the better looking Indian men for sure.

He also looked very Indian and had the advantage of height. in terms of looks and facial features however Salman was more "pretty" if it makes sense while he was handsome.

He is one of the better looking Indian men for sure, look at the rest regardless of decade and age, one is uglier than the other,

The only decent lookers from 1990 onwards were

Salman, Akshay, Hrithik who hit it big.

Akki was very good looking. He was a model with a fit, athletic, hairy body. His height was his advantage too.

Sunil and Sunny were manly and gruff too, but weren't as handsome as Akki.

SRK looked killer, the other two Khans looked like twinks. And Saif was categorized as an actress.
