No.

In the gif you can see he calls it no ball.

It's the last ball Champaner needed 6 runs to win in 1 ball.

Tailender kachra was facing the hit with impossible task in front of him , he could manage only single , with all hopes lost , the umpire calls out it was a No ball and bowler have to bowl again , with run reduced to 4 runs but more importantly the ace batsman bhuvan was on strike.

Oh yeah.. remembering it all now! The part I referred to didn't involve the umpire, English guy was screaming he won and he saw his teammates' faces and khud samajh gaya he stepped outside. The gif scene is good too, last few minutes were so suspenseful! Best match played in India.

No its when they think the game was over but then it turns out that the last ball gets declared a no ball!
