Thanks for sharing dear. Being a fitness freak myself its a bliss seeing Harshad Chopda's working out videos and his passion to stay fit and look good is above all. That man really has worked hard on himself.

Its a brand new vedio dear...a month b4 SBS has requested to HC manager for a live vedio of HC workout at morning and that was promised too.
