Heya guys I am just like u all and have utmost respect for naamkaran and also a silent reader so hope u all like my version of the story thru Neela ki kahaani!!!🤗

Character

Avani: a singham and straight forward IPS officer who cannot tolerate unjust and loves her family and cares for everyone and also portrays a happy go lucky nature. But really misses her mother Neela and regularly like doctor's pills without fail visits hospital to meet her .

Neil: an enraged person who strives to seek justice for his mother Shweta and also has no trust in law and order, just has harleen as his strength and only family left .

Harleen: Neil's aunt who adopted him just as Shweta died leaving behind a rude and struggling son behind and sacrificed her life only to make him seek his revenge.

Chapter 1:

Before starting would like to state:

When destiny has planned something than no matter everything falls to its place

It was day time and Avani being Avani was going on the lead to get the case solve, seeing her efficiency no one can say that she is just an officer since 2 yrs and also solved more cases then her experience while following a lead she happened to see a theif snatching a purse and running in her direction and as an alert officer she held of her leg to make theif on to his ground and she held him and after nice lefts and rights she handed him to sunheri for further process and return the purse to owner.

The attitude and pride in her eyes for her uniform was not only noticed by all but respect was also enhanced and applaudingly they showed their gratitude,

Just as she was about to go back to the case and seeing nothing left for the day they started to go back to her apartment her 2 Nd home but just as she was about to leave she felt her phone bussing and after checking her caller ID as Ms.fassionista she cheerfully received the call

Riya: Hello!!! Ms super cop mocking as seniors call out

A: hello to u too ms fashionista

R: kya Yaar Avani Tu na rehne de tujhe pata hai na Hume baat kiye Kitna tym hua

A: sorry na Yaar janti hu aaj I was going to call you but duty calls cannot avoid😳

R: as usual u n Ur duty😡

Tujhe koi fark nhi padta na !? I mean how are you don't u have Ur personal lyf ya Puri lyf criminals and cases to commit Kiya.

A:( she's super angry need to calm her down.. Varna volcano erupt ho Jayega ... Soch Kuch Avani)

Sorry ab ye nhi Hoga vaise ye bata how's Ur designer boutique going on actually I wanted to buy some outfits for myself (irritation on her face)

R: u surely know how to calm me down but not this time u owe me one and y don't you join me in my boutique tomorrow will get u Ur outfits.

A: sure!!

As they got engrossed in their talks Avani reached at the cliff and a sudden flashback came out being water in her eyes and she stopped her conversation mid way stating Riya to give her a callback asap

It was the place where 15 yes back Avani lost Neela to semi death state(comma) due to some criminal activity and mind

It was then when Avani decided to become IPS

But soon she got lost in her world and went and sat on the grill without noticing the danger sign board.

After few minutes a passerby happens to see her and assumed her as trying to suicide and as a gentleman with soft heart he reached there to help but soon to his realisation he realised her being a police officer and his eyes enraged getting the past glances and he was about to push her just than she turned back and her balance went off.

Before she could react she just abruptly held his hand leading him loose balance and they both fell down the cliff.

Pretty interesting start. It's good to see a role-reversal for once. Neil was about to kill her just because he don't like police officers? 😕 Ummm.. That's not very reasonable. 🤔

Do continue dear. Would like to read more. 😊

Nope it's not that unreasonable..

As of now they are pretty much strangers and do to some past he hates the police officers cuz they are the one responsible for his current state

This could be connected to the scene where Avani was ready to shoot dayawanti .

Avni being ready to shoot Dayawanti can't be compared to this. She was ready to do so because Dayavanti was the root cause of all her sufferings. She killed her mother and tried to kill her too. Avni never wanted to kill Neil just because he is a police officer. Yes, she hated police officers, but never wanted to kill them for that. Avni's rage against Dayawanti was reasonable, but Neil's hatred against someone whom he doesn't even know looks very unreasonable.

chapter 2: aasman se tapke battle mein atke

so guys again here as promised!! plz give me ur feedback really appreciated and also should i continue or not

both fell of the cliff only to land hemselves in ocean , since both had a good swim skill they manged to reach the shore

after walking for a few steps avani started with her yelling and bombarding

avani: r u mad? tum samajhte kya ho apne aap ko! ajeeb sample ho!ab yaha se nikalna hoga ! just like cherry on ice cake yaha par koi lagta bhi nahi?

it is going to be tough job yaha se nikalna! all thanks to you!

she continued only to discover neil engrossed in something obviously something thats bothering him easily visible from his eyes.

she shook him to get him out of his khyali world. as soon as he came back to reality he also started the battle

neil: chilla kyu rahi ho!? i can hear very well. and by the way ye jo situation hain vo sab tumhari vajah se hai. aadat hoti hai na tum police waalo ki hamesha galtiyaan karneki!!!

vaha par danger ka sign bhi tha par tum to tum ho na bina dekhe chali gayi aur main bhi phass gaya!but jo bhi ho mujhe nikalna haiyaha se jaldi. aapke department ki tarah hum pura din free nhi hote na

avani had enough and could not control and also started to answer

mr.jo bhi ho tumhe aisa kyu lagta hai ki hume koi kaam nhi hai aur duniya ka kaam tumhare kandhe par hai nd to inform u that is constitution mein har kisiko freedom hai kahi bhi jaane ki and har department efficient nhi hota that does not mean they do not work.

bas thoda trust hona chahiye.

neil: firstly my name is neil and you (seeing the batch on uniform) ms.avani mehta trust ki baat tum logo ke moo se acche nhi lagti ,har koi jaanta hai ki kon kitna kaam karta hai and kon corrupt hai and sabse badi problem hai ki vo acting bhi nhi karte ki vo genuinely kuch karte hai

avani to herself (relax abhi yaha se nikalna is important and i need to reach home jaldi varna jasoos(riya n sunheri) ko pata chala to mushkil ho jayega

avani: abhi tumhara police murdabaad ho gaya ho to yaha se nikle!?

neil: u sound reasonable.

avani:good. thank god! now remove ur shirt.

neil: i knew it police officers cannot be too good i understand the reason why you distracted me off the topic, and sorry to inform you i am not that type of person so please back off maam.

giving a killer and frustrated expression

avani:exhaling the air from lungs oh please keep ur stupid mentality with yourself i just asked so that we can ask for help making it as a flag

to which neil closses his eyes to avoid facing her without any word gave her his shirt.

now if you are done with that let's find a way out of here said neil irritatingly

you feel i m doing timepass or kind of picnic over here!? i know we have to get out of here but within few mins it will dark and it would hard to find the route and also there are wild animals over here so just wait till we find any help said avani in calm tone

fine! you wait here and only hope that someone will come and help us such as hero but i have someone at home who will b worried so i have to go and vaise bhi jangli jaanvar tumse to ache hi honge, stated neil and started walking

hey! wait why don't you understand exclaimed avani only to see him walking without listening

arre yaar ye network kaha hai! ahhh ! bas ek baar ye network aa jaye to i can sent the location to sun and she can come here said avani to herself

searching for network she eventually again bumps into the same mr.akdu who seems to be rude and unfriendly

tum mera phicha kyu kar rahi ho? kya problem hai!?dar lag raha hai!? ya kabhi koi handsome ladka nhi dekha? said neil teasingly

a:oh please na hi tum srk ho aur na hi main koi chui mui si ladki i was just searching for network so we can scoot out asap

accha hai kahin to dimaag use kiya:n

(n getting network first thing she did was informing sun abt the location )

now we have to wait till they come to help:a

wait aur tumhare saath! never, usse accha hai i will find another option:n

as he started walking he fel into the hidden animal pit unaware of it being there

and he get bruises on his arms and ankle under the trap

avani saw that an hurried for help

a: r u ok?

n: is situation me tumhe me ok dikh rha hu?

\a: ok,ok wait i will help you

meanwhile while avani was helping neil here sun(sunheri )was having a hard tym to handle amol and other members of family who were worried for avani

sun:yaar ali bhai!ye maam bhi na kuch bataye bina hi chali gayi hai sab ko kya bolo!?

ali: kya matlab haic chali gayi! hawaa hai kya?

sun: plz aap to jante ho na deeksha bua pata chala to kitni acchi khatirdari hogi

upon which ali got alarmed and started to try her number only to get it unreachable

ali:yaar ye ladki bhi na kabhi bhi problem se dur nhi rehti

but don't worry she will manage and let's wait for more few mins if kuch nhi mila to we have to go

just then sun received avani's msg and a cheerfull smile emerged and she informed him and went to get her

so guys lets see what is going to happen further till then stay tuned!!!

Chapter 3

After lots of effort Avani finally managed to get Neil out of the pit,

Although both of them sustained injuries but as being though both ignored their wounds.

As both sat for quite a few minutes wrapped into complete silent,

But Avani had something going on in her mind.

To get the answer she started her routine questionnaire,

A: vaise kon ho tum? I mean tumhara naam Neil hai but kya large ho tum? And most importantly tumhe hum police walo se kya problem hai?

Before she could continue she saw him lost in some thoughts and tears welled up in his eyes, it didn't take much time to understand that he has some bitter memories with police in past and she wanted to erase that bitter memories and getting him satisfaction that he will always get justice and just before she utter her words she was stopped,

" tum officer khud ko kya samajhte ho,jaha kisiko Dekha nhi vaha interrogation chalu and vaise bhi hum strangers hi kafi acche hai"he tried to settle her questions in very calm manner as he could to divert her from the topic

a: Accha hai at least mujhe ye to confirm ho gaya ki tum kuch chuppah rahe ho

n: kyu mere chehre pr likha hai kya

a: nhi!pr ek officer ki nazre Kabhi dokha nhi khati and vaise bhi har criminal mind ko acche se read karna humara kaam hai

n: "oh ms.detective, na hi main ek criminal hu and na hi ye tumhara police station so please stop right there" clenching his wrist that started to bleed due to small wood peices struck but he did not realize

upon seeing his wound Avani immediately said him to sit after that she carefully removed all the peices so that does not hurt him but seeing him not reacting she said,

" dard ko jitna dafnaoge uski jade utni hi fail jayegi, Kabhi Kabhi dard batna bhi Accha hota hai Varna vo nasoor bhi ban sakta hai"

n:"dard kamsori Ka nishaan hai aur mein kamsor nhi hu"

trying hard to hold his fears also his welled up tears .

before she could react sun reached the place along with the constables to their rescue

sun: maam ! jai hind.

a: jai hind officer.

sun : aap thik toh hai na.

sab bohot pareshan the

a: sun me thik hu and ab chale mr.neil chale mere log aapko safely chod denge

Neil: it's fine mujhe kisika favour nhi Chahiye I will manage

a: Dekho I know tum kisiki help nhi loge but andhera ho gaya hai and yaha kuch bhi nhi hai, at least highway tak chalo, I insist

Neil nodded and went to take the seat

after a run of 1:50 hrs Avani reached the apartment and called dayawanti to inform her that she reached safely at home

a: hey meri cute si ,sweet si dadi mein ghar pounch gayi.

dayawanti: no response

a: lagta hai koi super duper naraaz hai, manana padega," dadi Amma dadi Amma man jao, chodo bhi ye gussa jara has ke dikhao ,"

before she could continue

dayawanti said: Tu ye sab band Kar tujhe idea bhi hai kya kiya tune aaj, diksha,Ketan,Ashish,Varsha,Riya,Ali,sunheri,Amol sab ne Teri tension me aadhi Mumbai ko hila Diya aur Tu keh rahi hai mein ghar aa gayi jaise kuch hua hi nhi( frowning)

a: dadi I am sorry Dekho mein uthak baithak Kar rahi hu ( SSs O. R Y)

dayawanti: Avani is bar nhi tujhe Sab ko pareshan Karne ki aadat hai na

a: ha dadi ab to aadat ho gayi hai Sab ko pareshan Karne ki,par jisko Sab se jyaada pareshan kar rahi hu vo to oothne Ka naam hi nhi le rahi hai( tears welled up)

dayawanti: Avaniii , tujhe kitni Baar kaha hai naa ki har nhi manni hai chale rah kitni bhi muskil ho par manzil zarur dikhati hai aur mein bhi kya ye sab leke baith gayi sun kal tujhe ghar aana hai compulsory to hi mein maaf karungi , bohot time hua hai tujhse mile.

a: dadi ghar kyu hum kahi bahar chalte hai na?

dayawanti:Avani ye ghar tera bhi hai aur is ghar na aane Ka faisla kyu liya tha tune but bohot hua tera ye vanvas kal tujhe ghar aana hi hoga kab tak Apne aap ko usse door rakhegi . door rehne se fasle kum nhi hote Kuch kadam tujhe uthane hai aur Kuch use

a:dadi abhi nhi unhe face nhi kar Sakti already ek maa naraaz hai kahi dusri bhi na ho Jaye aur mere door rehne se unhe shanti milti hai to mein Kabhi nhi aaungi

dayawanti: nhi mane gi na! kya Kar sakti hu har Baar ki tarah phir ek nakamiyab koshish vaise der ho gayi hai so ja

a: good night dadi,kal milte hai.

Avani just uttered that and went on thinking about her life , it's past and it's present and soon was in deep thought and soon went to sleep.

on the other side Neil too reached home and was shocked see her aunt tensed,

he hurried towards her and asked,"kya hua masi,aap itne tension me kyu ho!?"

harleen: tension na lu to kya karu subah se gaya hai tu,na tera phone milta hai and na teri kuch khabar! dd ko bhi Kuch pata nhi tha,Mera dil baitha jaa rha tha!

calming herself down she asked,

vo sab chod ye bata tu thik hai na!? kahi Amruta ji ne to kuchhh...

before she could continue

he said

Neil:masiii main thik hu and unhone Kuch nhi kiya aap kyu darr rahe ho!!

harleen: darungi nhi to kya Khush houngi!? Tu toh jaanta hai usne kya Kiya tha 15 Saal pehle jiska bhoj aaj bhi hai mujhe ki shayad mein Shweta ko bacha sakti par jo hua vo main badal nhi Sakti par ab to mein tumhara khayal to rakh hi sakti hu na!? tere alava aur kaun hai Mera

Neil:( lost in his world for some moments and came back into reality seeing her in pain) sorry abhi se main dhyaan rakhunga and tension nhi dunga

h: vaise ye bata kaha phassa tha tu?

n: mein to bas ek ladki ki help Karne jaa rha tha aur phir pata chala ki vo ek police officer hai to I could not control myself and use Jaise hi dhakka Marne vala tha to vo mudi aur hum gir gaye khayi se and baad mein kafi Der baad hume help Mili to mujhe der ho gayi.

h: tillu tu bhi na!!! Maine kaha tha na ki koi bhi cheez kisi ek ke vajah se galat nhi hota . Tu aisa kaise kar sakta hai !? tujhe pata hai use Kuch bhi ho sakta tha!! Jaan bhi chali jaati to! tujhe andaza bhi hai tune kya Kiya!? tere me aur us Amruta me kya fark hai fir!

n: Maine kaha na mujhe gussa aa gaya tha mein nhi rok paya

h:bas tere is aag ke natija kahi Kisi nirdosh ko na chukani pade!!

n: mein nhi jaanta vo sahi thi ya galat par aaj humari is halat ki vajah uska dept hi hai, aur Raat ho gayi hai Hume Sona Chahiye

chapter 4

Neil and Avani both went to sleep recalling their respective past.

next morning

the room was set up as it's home so she could not feel away from home

a: ( at hospital) hi maa! ( tears welled up) kaise ho aap ? ye dekho mein aapke liye fresh flowers leke aayi hu aapko pasand hai na!

composing herself just then the nurse came in.

n: maam ye lijiye inke injections.

this was the routine as Avani thought that Neela maa will get pain if nurse puts injections in hurry so Avani always without fail with otmost care gives her injections

a: ye lijiye Didi ho Gaya

n: tum yaha baith ke baate Karo mein aati hu

a: Didi baitho na agar koi kaam nhi hai to, please aap batao na maa ki kya halat hai,I mean unki recovery kaisi ho rhi hai

n: beta mein kya batau ,pichle 7 Saal se tu yahi puchti hai aur teri aankhon ki is aasha ko roz mujhe todna padta hai!.(tears in eyes) , unhe to shayad jeene ke liye koi vajah nhi mil rhi hai isiliye unhe jaagna nhi hai, unki antar aatma hi jagne ko tyaar nhi hai jaise saari hope chod di ho.

a: ye kya hai maa!? aap ko pata hai na sabko kitni jarurat hai aapki specially mujhe !? aap na bas abhi karva lo seva par jab thik ho jaoge na to mein bhi chun chun ke badla lungi

Didi aap meri help karoge inhe sponge bath dene main

n: bhala mein tujhe na keh Sakti hu kya!?

after giving her sponge bath nurse went to resume her duty and Avani sang her Lori( aa leke chalu tujhko)

but while singing she recalled her moments spend with her mom and could not stop herself and so she kissed her mom on her forehead and left the ward asap

soon she composed herself and headed towards Mehta mansion

ASA she reached at the entrance she called dadi

"dadi,aap kaha ho chaliye bahar jana hai!"

"haa bas mein aa rahi hu"

after a while dayawanti came out and they both headed towards champko cafe

"kya Avani tu jaanti hai na kisiko bhi pata chala ki tu bahar se hi aa gayi to Kitna bura lagega unhe "

"dadi isiliye to kudh ko dakh ke aayi hu mein"

"chaliye humari destination as gayi"

both went and sat near the fish pond and soon Ali came to join them

but as Avani noticed a change in Ali's expression she stood from her place and started to run around

av: Ali ! Dekh Tu toh mera bhai hai na please na sorry ho gayi Galti

Ali: Avani ki bachi tu ruk aaj batata hu tera ye bhai kya Kar sakta hai

av: Ali nhi dekh main tujhe na arrest Kar lungi

Ali: ha aaj agar Tu mujhe koi bhi dhamki degi na to vo nhi chalegi

just as both of them were running here and there Avani stumbled and her balance went off and she was about to fall but just then a stranger held her and saved her

they both had their eyes locked in each other and as Ali approached to get a hold of her,

Ali: ab aayi na tu mere pakad me

av: tum!!!

n: ha mein!! mein kya itna pasand aa gaya ki mera picha Vodafone ke khutte ki tarah kar rhi ho

av: mein aur tumhara picha!?

mister dhyaan se dekho ye ek public place hai and mere friend ka cafe bhi.

n: exactly public place! ha isiliye tum yaha ho kisiko damkane aayi ho na !?

Ali Tu fikhar mat kar I am there ye tujhe Kuch nhi kar Sakti

before Ali could say anything

av: oh hello,I am an honest police officer and tum mujhe mat batao mein kya Karti hu,fact is Ali Mera dost hai so use mujhse koi bhi problem nhi hai

as they continued their fight Ali like a spectator observed both of them as his head went to and fro

after a while as dayawanti was watching all this from far stepped in to stop them from fighting

dayawanti: ye kya bacho ki Tarah ladh rhe ho!?

av: dadi aap rehne do aaj to decide ho Jana Chahiye ki Ali Mera dost hai

n: ha dadi aaj doodh ka doodh aur paani Ka paani ho Jane do

dayawanti: aur ab ek bhi sabdh Apne mo se nikala to mujhse bura koi Nahi hoga

av : pr dadi

dayawanti: Maine kya Bola tumne suna nhi!?...

Ali ab Tu in dono ko bata kya chal raha hai

Ali: arre dadi accha hua aap aa Gaye varna aaj to meri gardan akad hi jati, mein kabse in dono se bolne ki koshish Kar raha hu par ye hai ki sunte hi nhi ab dhyaan se suno mein dono Ka hi dost hu

av: Ali ye kaise ho sakta hai mein to tere Sare dosto ko janti hu tera koi bhi dost itna akdu aur ghamandi nhi hai

Ali : ha Avani!...

Avani: Dekha dadi Aapne vo nhi hai Ali Ka dost

Neil: are ooo jungli billi! pehle Puri baat to sun lo

Avani: tumne mujhe kya kaha!?

Neil: jungli billi...aur sunao

Ali: guys time out!!!!

Avani mein dono Ka hi dost hu bas tum ye nhi jante ki tum dono hi mere dost ho

Avani ye Neil hai hum 6 mahine pehle mile the a trip ke duran and humari dosti ho gayi tab se hi ye Mera dost hai and neil meet Avani meri bachpan ki dost

both were shocked upon the new development

dadi : suna dono ne bevajah hi Tum dono ladne lage

Neil: sorry Yaar Ali mujhe nhi pata tha but man na padega dosto ke mamle me tera taste Kuch kash nhi hai

Avani: haa yaar Ali,ye pehli baar hoga ki hum ek mutual opinion pe aaye hai, I too agree ki tumhe koi taste nhi hai dosti Ka

ali: dadi ye dekho lagta hai ki janam janam ke koi dushman lagta hai dono ki koi galat famili ho gayi hai solve Karni padegi

dadi: lagta to mujhe bhi yahi hai...

Accha ab ye batao tum dono ki problem kya hai I mean itna kyu gussa ho ek dusre se!?

Avani: dadi problem na ho to kya hoga, aap jante ho kal mein pasi kaise!?... iski vajah se

Neil: oh madaam Dekho vo Mera fault nhi tha tum hi danger sign board ke pass baithi thi kisiko bhi lagega ki tum suicide Kar rhi ho n main bas help Karne aaya aur phir to tumhe pata hi hai...

dadi: Avni tum is ladke ke Saath thi kal? (smiling)

av: ha dadi.

Neil: dekhiye dadiji I mean sorry aunty jo kuch bhi hua usme meri koi galti nhi thi par phir bhi sorry , I know ki aap log pareshan hue honge

dadi: are nhi beta sorry kis liye Jo hamare haatho mein nhi hota na Uske liye bura nhi manna Chahiye. aao tum uski help Kar rahe the na to humare Saath baith kar baate Karo isi bahane thodi jaan pehchaan bhi ho jayegi, agar bura na Mano to!?

Neil always wanted to be with a grandma who would have understood him,his mother and had a broad view and he always craved for such love so while dayawanti asked him to join them his eyes were clearly depicting the pain as to why he didn't had that cute little dadi and grand child bond as Avani had but he wanted to live that moment and capture that so he didn't denied and quietly sat on the other side of table to join them

all this while Avani was closely observing his behaviour and also his watery eyes didn't went unnoticed by her and she started to think about him and what was bothering him.

dadi: toh beta kya naam bataya tumne?

Neil : Neil kha... just as h was just going to say khanna his past memories gave him a jerk and he just said Neil Shweta.

Avani: isne bich mein se hi kyu apni baat rokh di??? aur naam bhi Neil Shweta. ...hnm Kuch to hai Jo ye chupa rha hai ya bolna nhi chahta but Neil tum ye nhi jaante ki mein bhi ye pata laga kar rahungi.

meanwhile Riya just gave a call to remind Avani that she was going to visit her boutique

Riya: Avani ye kya hai pehle khud bolti hai ki tujhe kapde Chahiye aur khud hi gayab, ye kya hai Yaar?

Avani : (biting her tongue) so sorry Yaar Riya bas on the way hu aati hu

Riya: u better come soon Varna...

and she ended the call
