Gift frame scene - rose candle - similar to sr

Few days back we had seen a gift frame scene of Multani and Neel which had rose and candle in background. Will this remind neel of sr which also had same setting? What you think. I feel set up is planned by multani not sure though...Please share ur thoughts regarding tht scene
