I think its papa ji or Mitali, becz nowadays he cant recognized his own son, and understand why avni was scared. Mitali can have to purpose, first she gets the message that she has no place in Neil's live and Avneil are meant to be together with their son as a family. second she dont wanna be a ready made mother, hence wants Mowgli to stay with his mother. My last option is bebe but I highly doubt that.
