After thanking Adi for saving her life (according to promo rumors) Zoya will go home and if Mahi does decide to stop her good girl attitude. The moment Mahi says something to Zoya she will snap back or at least give her the death glare. Zoya will somehow have to go back to work. Zoya recovers & is discharged from hospital. Next day at office, Aditya is impatient and waiting for Zoya but she doesn't shows up. 2-3 days pass by she still doesn't shows up,irritated he goes her house and when he sees Zoya he is so disappointed because she has turned very negative and bitter. She tells him that she won't be coming to work as it doesn't matters anymore. And yes Zoya really needs her parents at the moment, coz no one can take care of someone the way a parent can. And after all the emotional turmoil, and pain, and agony and putting up with Aditya's nonsense and now this...Zoya really needs tht comfort and care from her parents
