Akhilesh Pandey is a village simpleton - respectful and reclusive by nature - whose world revolves around his Amma and Bajrang Bali. He represents the true definition of a man. However, his world is turned upside when Dr Iravati Desai accidentally performs a vasectomy procedure on him before his wedding and what unfolds is a relationship full of interesting events both filled with humour and solemnity.

Iravati Desai is a doctor in the making. She is strong, fierce, independent and incredibly ambitious. Her goal in life is to fulfill both her and her father's dream, but her future is put at risk when she accidentally gets tangled in a false relationship. Developing some strong relations during this journey, will she be able to manage them as well as fulfill her father's dreams?
