Neil - Why doesn't he join IPS again

Well if Neil Khanna now knows Avni is alive the guilts done can't he join back Police service again or now he will never be able to go back...Mitali DD n commissioner can sure help him to resume service n with his track record they would be happy to have him back

It would be good for Neil coz empty mind is devil's workshop - this would definitely get his brains working again n get sense back in life n for people around him 😊

So sad honestly, the second thing I hated after the duration of the leap, actually even more than the duration of the leap is Neil resigning from his job, because it was more than a job for him, it was his passion, the means through which he could bring justice to people and help some of the criminals who are redeemable to redeem themselves. He gave his job a lot of importance even when he was in love, remember back in August 2017, he left his parents' wedding anniversary party to go on a secret mission to save the girls victims of human trafficking, back then the case wasn't at all related to his personal life, even when he agreed to go to the honeymoon he had his job in mind he was behind Pandit and he even asked Ali and Rhea to stay with Avni in the hotel room because he wanted to chase Pandit. He had a strong sense of right and wrong and of priorities, saving someone else life, helping in something productive was of a great importance to him even with Avni in his life.

I hoped that post leap he would be promoted to DCP, the position which was complained about by fans due to his young age, I thought since now 10years passed, at least the leap can be of some positive use, but no to show his immense love for Avni, they made him give up everything he held dear. What they forgot is that even when u love deeply, u can still decide to be positive and to fight for the causes u believe in, there is not one single Vidyut in the world, there are many!

Sad to see that while Juhi's fake death made him a better person, Avni's fake death destroyed him! I know it's still his choice and his life, I mean the way we deal with things is what makes us or breaks us but the fact is after Juhi's death, he found a new meaning to his life where he could help others while Avni's death made him feel like a failure as he couldn't save her!Even his country lost a passionate, honest and dedicated police officer!

Yes I would really like to see Neil finding a new meaning to his life in his son, though I wanted him to do things for his ownself, for Neil!, but a son is a good point to start from, he loved his job in the past and I don't doubt he would love it now also especially since it will make his son proud of him though Neil never joined the job to take praises, he genuinely wanted to help people get justice and improve people's lives.

With regards to procedures, I hope they show that it was not a resignation, that he was actually on a long leave or something, there must be some legal way allowing him to join back his job, I don't want any fans again complaining about these kind of things though we know many illogical things happen in indian shows yet no one really makes a fuss about them!

Anyways filhal, the last thing CVs seem bothered about is Neil's job!!!!! They are busy creating drama going the cliched way instead of preserving the uniqueness that AvNeil had in the way they reacted to things!

I really wish he had stayed in his job! But the state of mind he was in, I suppose he wanted to leave his old life behind! Loved it when Neil was Batman and DD Robin! Those were the days! Neo, another great plot abandoned!

Those were the days when AvNeil even at loggerheads were a team! It's disappointing to see old and tired cliches being used on the most unique couple on ITV! Both equally bad ass and equally emotional. Two people who can do anything for the people they love, anything to do what's right! Hope I hope to see them both again before the show ends!

^Don't worry. Those fans have got their lesson and this time they will not raise any hue and cry over Neil rejoining police force. But it is up to cvs whether they will make Neil rejoin it.

May be in the last episode they can do it to give the show a happy ending and avoid any risk of fans complaining.
