Anyway, regarding the question, i will say, she might be wrong about those creatures like Nargles and others. BUT she doesn't lie or say this intentionally to make people laugh or get attention...her nature is like this. Thats it. It might be that due to her mother's death, or living with her "unusual father" (no offence) she became like that....

but quite honestly, i dont find anything bad about Luna being just a bit different...i simply love her😳

Luna is a bit cracked no arguments there But she is DA BEST!
She is soo hilarious..as long as she is around, u just dont fall drowsy.
She is so different and peculiar - There is a ouch of sumthing really different in this character
She has this Brilliant knack of saying Uncomfortable Facts and Truths and the way she Laughs continuously is just so unique.
and she is an immensely strong person at heart or so I think

as for what she says...most of them are really wierd and incongrous but she adds such spice into HP! 😳 😊 😊

Aawww...Luna!...she is just adorable! 😳 ..and I don't think she does anything on purpose its just her character! 😉 ...Jo has just made her like that!...Her presence just makes me smile! 👏 ...as we all anticipate her to say something that will cheer us up! 😆 😉 or think for a while! like the whole Nurgal thing! 😆 😉 ...She kinda lives her in own little world sometimes!! 😳 😃 ...but she is one off the best HP characters!! 👏 👏 👏

The best part to this whole HP Franchise is that the actress they have chosen for Luna's role is just spot on! 😳 😃 👏
