I know many people loved the film here, I see a lot of positive reviews everywhere from audience . But then why did it flop? The movie did not even get 9 crore. It is one of the best love story of this decade for me

Don't know but it looked bad to me. I heard one song from the film and thought it was really stupid.

You should watch it, Even I had apprehensions before watching ,I just saw it is at 7.3 ratting in IMDB with around 7-8k votes

I thought the leads had amazing chemistry, far better than most romantic leads. I think if it had better marketing and promotions, it would have worked.

Harshvardhan Rane and Mawra Hocane were excellent in the movie, but the film itself was so poorly directed. It was old fashioned, exaggerated, disjointed and cringeworthy. The sister-angle was poor. The characters like her father, the ex-bf and all were straight from the 90s. But I really enjoyed parts of the film. Music was amazing.

Exactly. It's the most overrated bullcrap like "A walk to remember" for instance, The leads and their acting were awful.

^^ Oh, come on. A walk to remember is a classic. I literally cry buckets every time I watch it. I guess not everyone likes that kind of hardcore romance movies. 😆

Trust me I am an emotional person too. I love Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind, Titanic, PS I love you, Love story etc.

But I was bored out of my wits whilst watching AWTR nor did it move me. While we are at it, I disliked Shape of water too which is now becoming quite a rage. All I saw was fish po*n😆
