Papa hooda: it can b him.. he has lots of money n it seems frm the beginning that he wants to hide everything related to poosh.. also if u look the body language frm backside also, it seems its him.. my bet is on him.. n as ashish seems to knw him coz he is a big lawyer, known face n influential person, thats y ashish easily agreed to do as he says.. n ashish referred to him as "aap" so its some1 he knws n respects as an elder which he cant say to arjun..

also mr. hooda in previous epi wanted to find one person whom he thought maybe knws wat happened actually.. so it can b him.. either he wants to hide something for sake of his reputation or if we believe IF article true, to hide his son arjuns truth i still dnt believe how arjun fits into this affair n accident thing..

1. Ashish already knew hoodie person
2. Hoodie person was male (by look of his hand in glimpse) A have a strong feeling like someone elderly or well built person was that.
