Now it's been 3 month since maan and geet both got divorced from their respective spouses ...both are trying to move on in their life ...geet started working again...maan resigned from his job in London and has opened his own company in delhi...which is flourishing in comparison of other startups.
Both of their families wants to see them married again but they've clearly said them that they're not ready for the marriage for now ...and maan also said his dadi ' that this time he'll find the girl for himself ... he'll going to get married but not now ...as now he's very busy in establishing his business ...he doesn't have any time for marriage business'
And without telling anyone geet also started searching groom for herself .
After a month maan registered himself on shaddi.com and started the Search for his future bride...and the first profile he liked was of geet ...after all the procedure they decided to meet
But maan was not the first person geet was meeting ...before maan she had met with 2 guys...she didn't liked the behaviour of the first guy so she ended the meeting in 15 minutes...she liked the 2nd second guy very much as he knew how to treat a woman like she deserved but the problem with him was that his divorce was not yet finalized and she was not ready to wait for the guy who not even divorced yet .
And now the third guy she's going to meet is maan ...they decided to meet in CCD as there's not a better place where you can talk peacefully other than cafe coffee day
She reached CCD and remembered the reason she last time came here ...she shake her like scolding herself for remembering that day ...and she reached the table where maan was already waiting for her ...both said hii to each other and maan pulled out her seat like a pure gentleman and she liked hid that gesture ...after they ordered some coffee and sandwiches ...they start talking telling eachother about their school college family and in last they both tell each other about their failed marriage which was not even a marriage in a true sense ...both sympathize with each other and they ended their meeting on a good note and also exchanging each others phone number .
Both truly sympathize with each other but but but sympathy is not enough to agree for the marriage they've to be fully sure ... they're not going to do the same mistake again... so they started the enquiry...they started making enquiries by sending their friends and colleagues in their neighbourhood to know about the guy/girl and their families
Geet have one school friend who's now residing in London she told him to find everything about his life London by telling him the company name he was working .
After making a lot of enquiries... digging out information as many as they can...both doesn't found anything suspicious about each other and then they finally decided to meet again .
After 2 -3 meetings ...both decided to wait till they tell about eachother to their respective families ...they want to be fully sure about each other before they involve their families
In the meantime maan's dadi started searching groom for his sister...and one guy also coming to meet her .
Both families liked eachother but decided to wait till they give their answer...and maan's not going to make any mistake...as he doesn't want his sister to face anything like him or geet ...he make all the necessary enquiry ...when he found nothing suspicious about that guy...he nods with approval 'but the final say is going to be hers only .'..he told his sister ...his sister also said yes as she liked the guy ... next day they got the got from that guy family that they liked the girl and then they fixed the engagement
Now again comes to the maan and geet ...their relationship also started flourishing ...both started liking and trusting each other now just waiting for the correct time to tell their families
Maan even wants their families to meet before his sister engagement as he want her at his side on his sister engagement and every function she's going to had but she informed him about the upcoming official trip ...which is colliding with his sister's engagement so they decided to wait for a little more time till they inform their families
" but I want you at my side on my sister's wedding...no if no but ...I want you at my side that day and that's final " he declared
"Ok done " she replied with a chuckle
After his sister's engagement both informed their families about each other ...his dadi was ok as she already knows that he's going to find the his bride himself...but that's not the case in geet's home... they were upset that she hide all these things and was meeting with all the suspected grooms alone...but they decided to let it go and meet this maan guy
After two days maan's family come to meet geet family ... geet's family liked maan at first glance and maan's dadi also liked and trust his grandson's choice ...after talking a little bit more both families approved for their relation and also did the roka ceremony too to finalize the relationship...not over the top like they did last time with lots of sweet boxes and all
Both families didn't exchange any gifts ...they just make each other eat sweets specially to the bride and groom and just give shagun of Rs2001 to both respectively .
After some days maan's dadi invited geet's family to their house to familiarizing as now they're going to be relatives in no time
Her family were impressed with the house and their hospitality and with so much love and affection maan's dadi were treating geet ... they're also surprised to see the interaction between maaneet as they've never seen their daughter or sister interacting with some one with so much frankness...and there was a mutual respect for each other in their eyes and actions ...they were looking just made for each other
After seeing all this her family got truly happy to see that their geet is finally getting the life partner she truly deserved.
His sister's marriage date is also fixed and preparation has also started ...geet also helping his family in wedding preparations ...their relatives started coming and was noticed geet as she was doing all the work here and there but they assumed her as Ria's friend ( and finally maan's sister got a name)...his dadi also not clear their any assumption as they want to introduce geet as maan's bride formally on Ria's marriage only
Wedding day is near and geet is confused what to and then she asked maan who told her no no literally ordered her to wear something simple and elegant .. do some light make-up ...he told her there's no need to overdo ... she's beautiful as she is
On wedding day maan and dadi introduced geet as maan's future bride ...many were impressed with her simplicity and politeness... Some thought that it's all fake ..
Finally the wedding is done and maaneet family thought that now it's time that their marriage date should also be fixed
And then the date fixed which is after a month ...both doesn't want any grand wedding they not even want separate days for engagement and marriage so they decided to complete the engagement ceremony before the pheras
On wedding day
Geet's family welcome maan ...and after sometime geet arrived .. maan got mesmerized after looking at her ...and felt something which is alien to him ...yeah he was attracted to her in their first but today after looking at her as his bride he felt something else
Geet was wearing simple yet elegant reddish lehanga ...a big nose ring in her nose and head band which is called mathapatti a traditional Indian jewelry
Geet was coming near the stage and in background "din shagna da" was played by DJ ... finally she reached the stage where maan offered his hand in helping her on climbing the stage...
Then the ceremony got started first they did the engagement ceremony ...then varmala ceremony
Then they left for the mandap for the pheras
Finally the marriage is done and geet become Mrs. Geet Maan Singh Khurana
During the vidai her family was little sad but mostly happy ...and happily bid her adieu with a hope for her happy future
In maan's home ria welcome her with all the ritual ...and after doing the post marriage ritual ria take her to maan's room which is now hers too
And that night both consummated their marriage and become one in true sense
After consummation Maan and geet both laid down on bed facing each other naked and lost in each others eyes
So what if it's their second marriage the thing that matter is that they finally got their true soulmate
