I don't think its for a wedding. That's why CVs are purposely showing his BD in black as they are planning not to have a wedding scene at all.

I don't think things are getting that far with Prakash now confronting Avni about Mowgli, add to that the little kid now knows the truth too. I can't see Prakash keeping this from Neil nor can I see him encouraging Avni to do the same. I think next week the truth will come out to Neil which means there will be no Neil and Mitali.
