Mostly guys are drunk, they enter your house, look for opportunities, grab the ladies and touch them inappropriately , holi ke naam parr
Imagine grabbing minors as well and play with them cos it's holi and allowed

This holi needs to be stopped
I am glad my grandfather simply said no to holi
Stay away from my house and from the ladies in my house

These days Holi has become an alarming event in my country where I ask my female relatives to remain more careful and not travel anywhere alone. There's no check on behaviour of guys and it's assumed that they will remain high on alcohol, charas, marijuana and all. They need a festival just for that.

Semen-filled water-balloon is possible if one mixes that with water and fill the balloon. Not very difficult thing to do.

Yeah Holi, Navratri etc you have to be really careful who you hang around with. A girl I know said bunch of her friends was trying to apply holi and some guy grabbed her boob and then acted like it was accident.
