👏Alright! Here it goes!!
They deleted this scene: They cut Noor hiding from Daddy Siddiqui and instead just showed her walking out the front door and saying the dialogue to herself that she has to take this step and she is going to Mumbai.
Extra Scene: After the scene where Arjun tells Mahi and her mom that Zoya is in the ICU, cut to Adi who is shown looking at the phone in the hospital premises and remembering what he said to her on the terrace, how he pushed her, how they found her and brought her to the hospital. An attendee comes and tell him here is the rice you ordered from the canteen. He gives him a packet of rice and Adi puts the phone inside the rice packet. But right before he puts it in, there is a second voice in his head that says "what are you doing? You know that this phone means a lot to Zoya and don't do this Adi." He ignores that and puts the phone inside.
Edit - someone pointed out below that uncooked rice can save her phone. So maybe his inner voice was actually the evil voice saying not to help her while he ignored it and saved her memories of Paramatma Yash!!
Sorry, I missed the part where the inner voice says 'why are you saving the phone' So inner voice was evil.😆
His actual inner thoughts are this - What are you doing Adi? You khow Zo is protective of the phone as it has her cheater husband's memories. Why are you saving it? Don't do this!
