Monali is a mediocre singer ,probably a better actress than a singer.

She is insensitive, regionalist and has no.mind of her own i watched both 1st season and her stint as judge in lil champs.

Also, monali's support for papon in the pedophilia controversy speaks a lot about her.

Just lucked out getting these two hit numbers...in live ..she does not sound that great...but anyways..more than that, it's the humanity she lacks. With very limited experience as a judge, tailing Shanker with voting and senseless comments she gives to performances, her behaviour towards Rainet was unforgiveable. The worst thing is that she did not apologize. To me, she is an insensitive person who does not deserve to be respected or liked.

Chetan
Not a bad singer but not a consistant one either. He is a crybaby who frowns anytime others do bettter. Watch last week when he was on red sofa and after the 2nd or the 3rd performer beat him, he literally had an expression of W*F. Understand he is just a child but so is Zaid. There is a day and night difference in their attitudes.He seems like a sore loser and the judges seems to pamper him unfairly (his weak performance last saturday got an undeserved tutari) He acts like a royalty because of Hemant

Having said that, I think there are enough reasons why a lot of people do not like Monali and Chetan

To add Monali is a below average singer IMHO. I have been watching singing shows for 20+ yrs. SHe is lucky to get couple of good songs. Not worthy of being a judge. Following Shanker like someone is stuck to his butt.

Show is biased, promoting regionalism by all means. Channel, Show and judges are rooting for specific singers. First season of RS Maithili Thakur or Ankita kundu should have won but but Diljit paaji & channel constantly promoting Punjab Bannett Doshan won. He was good but these two girls were way better than him..

Brijwasis do not need hype. Hemant's singing can speak volumes. Hoshiyar and Chetan are good singers when they sing in their own Genre. Some how Chetan "Bhatak gaya" by show promoting is shouting singing and swag, English singing etc. He has potential.

Akhtar bros are ok IMHO. they haven't touch my <3 yet.

Rohanpreet is a good singer but not better than Hemant. again to me.

Vishnumaya is a superb singer.

Zaid is very good too but he has bit more time to sharpen the awesome talent he has. Boys go thru puberty and voice changes that is my reason he needs to wait.

At the end of the day we all have our own likes-dislikes. What touches one's heart mayt not touch another. Its subjective.

Hope Hemant or VIshnumaya wins this yr.
