I was just thinking the upcoming track how it can turn out

So very obvious Syesha will use this situation to marry KK... after all it is he kid

The possible outcomes...

1. Kamini accusing Avni as she now knows Avni's history...Neil angry on Kamini... as we know he will not take anyone talking wrong for Avni irrespective of their present relationship status

2. Syeasha parental being blurted out by either of the Khanna ladies

3. Neil finding out why Avni did what she did eventually (This one can actually happen without this track) there two ways Neil can find with DD's help police investigation which might happen as Avni is alive I don't think Vidyut will be bought back but with current scenario we can have the case reopening. Neil might doubt Avni's sudden ademance to leave again or go in hidding...The second way can be Avni being pulled from all sides she bruts out the truth to DD or Neil or both of them
