We all know Neil and Avni's love for each other is like no other. One is incomplete without the other...alive but not living...that's how much they love each other & more!
But right now Neil is angry at Avni...rightly so...even though all he wants to do is hug & kiss & hold Avni so tightly in his arms that she can never leave him again, just like he did on Holi, when he was drunk.
But now that he is sober, his head has stopped him from acting out what his heart desires. The head is telling him that he needs to be angry because she betrayed his trust while his heart wants to rejoice because his reason for existing his alive!
The constant fight between his rational mind & his emotional heart, the continous struggle between what he actually wants to do & how he is acting/behaving is taking a toll on the poor guy...is it any wonder that his overwhelming emotions persistently spill over from his eyes whenever so much as Avni's name is taken in his presence!!
The guy is obviously hanging by the thread here. To elevate the misery these two are in, I have a two-pronged attack that Avni can launch on Neil. It'll topple over the shaky high-ground ex-ACP Neil Khanna is uselessly clinging on:
1. Physical Contact
Have you realized that Neil doesn't let Avni come near him much less touch him? Haven't you wondered why does he stop her everytimer or immediately push her away?
It's because the moment Avni will touch him she'll realize all his anger and harsh words are nothing but a facade that he has been presenting in front of her.
So Avni needs to start touching Neil to break Neil's superhuman control. And I don't mean the touchy-feely types that Avni does with Neil in all her dream sequences...😉
This physical contact sould be of the sly kind...deliberate yet behaving like you've no idea that you have done it...act like a complete innocent.
Eg, a slight brush of the shoulders in passing, a light flick of the hair in his face, an (un)intentional entangling of fingers, etc.
She needs to constantly touch him...let's how long Jr.Khanna lasts like this?😆
2. Jealousy
Jealousy against Ali & Avni's friendship/closeness was what initially clued in Mr.ex-supercop Khanna regarding his feelings for Avni.
Even though Ali is no longer in the picture, Avni can still use him to bring that green monster out!
She can start by inquiring about Ali's whereabouts and welfare (she hasn't done that till now)...& then drop in a 'Ali hota to aisa karta', 'Ali hota to aisa kehta' in conversations with everyone around within Neilz hearing...the possessive Mr.Khanna wouldn't be able to stay away from his wifey long after that!!
This is my strategy for Avni to manao Neil...what do you think? Do you have any more ideas to add? Do share & let us know!
