Anjaan S01 : Written Updates

Episode #01

Episode starts with a guy named Ajay driving on national park while talking to his friend on phone. Suddenly the signal is lost and he can hear a girl crying. Next he sees a girl in wedding attire standing by road side with a suitcase. He drives by her but spots her again after some while. When he reaches the intersection, he sees the girl standing in the middle if the road and drives over her. The car stops and he turns behind to check on the girl, only to find her suitcase in his car. He opens the suitcase to find a deadbody inside of it.

At an alternate location, we see a bunch of goons weighing and packing drugs. They are interrupted by an undercover police officer who's later revealed to be ACP vikrant singhal. A fight ensues and most of the goons run away with the drugs leaving the head bittu to his own devices. He is caught by ACP vikrant. While questioning bittu we see another guy being dropped from the upper floor of the building. Vikrant runs upstairs to find who it was. He sees dead bodies of some other goons and a man with black cape and hoodie standing at the edge of the building. Vikrant warns the man to turn towards him. When the man in Black turns vikrant is shocked to see that his eyes were glowing bright yellow. The man jumps off the building. Vikrant runs after him but he doesn't find any deadbody on the ground. He runs back downstairs to find bittu badly beaten up. When asked who did it he takes a name "vanraj" before dying. At the same moment a team of police lead by ACP Shivani joglekar enters the scene and they arrest vikrant.

Next day at police station both vikrant and Shivani report to their Superior Suresh Dutt. They start arguing like kids. Suresh sir asks them to behave and that he will be handling the case.

Next we see Shivani returning home at night. Her mother complaining about how she forgot to get groceries for the next day as it was her son's birthday. It is later revealed that shivani's brother siddharth joglekar too was an ACP and had died in line of action. In the alternate scene we see vikrant cooking at his home as Suresh Dutt knocks on his door. While they're having dinner, Suresh informs vikrant about a very high profile case. MLA's son Ajay was driving on national park and had not returned home. He was a drug addict so they had to keep it under the wraps. He asks vikrant to leave right away and search for Ajay. At the same time we see Shivani leaving her house and driving towards the national park in a daze.

As Shivani reaches the national park, she sees a girl in wedding attire who asked for lift. Shivani offers to give her lift. Shivani is scared as the only reply that girl gives to any question is "didi Kya aap mujhe age us chorahe Tak chhod dengi?". Once they reach the spot Shivani realizes that the girl in the next seat had disappeared. She turns around to find the suitcase on her back seat. Shivani gets even more scarred and leaves the car. At the same time vikrant reaches there searching for Ajay. Shivani sees that the suitcase has now disappeared too.

They're interrupted as they both see some movement in the woods and follow it. They find Ajay in the woods carving some strange symbols on a tree trunk. Shivani takes a picture of that and take Ajay to the hospital. There Suresh sir tells them that similar symbols were seen on some old crime scenes as well. Those cases are unsolved and stored at "crime ka murdaghar shaitan chauki". Suddenly Ajay wakes up screaming and vikrant thinks that he heard the name vanraj. Next we see Shivani thinking about last night. She remembers the girl on the road. She realizes that she had seen a ghost she tries to dismiss it. Next we see that the reports for the blood found on Ajay were inconclusive. It did not have any type , nor it was human or animal blood. The doctor also tells Shivani and vikrant that no one goes to national Park road coz there is a ghost there.

Shivani later tells vikrant that even she has seen something in national Park, which she cannot explain. Vikrant dismisses her saying alot of illegal activities happen in that area so all of it could be a ruse to hide their crimes. And vanraj must be hiding there. Shivani gets call from her mother where she hears strange noises. Later at night vikrant returns to national Park road to investigate more. He finds an auto rikshaw that goes off road and meets with an accident, the driver dying instantly. He calls the control room as asks them to come in and take over, although that girls ghost was standing right behind him he could not see her.

At home while Shivani was sleeping she dreams about her brother saying the words "shaitan chauki". Shivani goes and visits shaitan chauki, she finds that the chauki is in very bad condition. As she's walking through the chauki she sees a police Constable, who introduces himself as Govindrao and tells her that he had been waiting for her and that sir had told him she would come. She asks if Suresh had already informed govind but he doesn't respond. Govind gets some old unsolved case files for shivani. She asks if he knows about national Park case while going through a file that was related to it. Aditi looks at the photo in the file and realizes it's the same girl she saw the other night. She gets a call informing her about the recent accident at national Park. She leaves for it. We see the police Constable disappearing into thin air and the camera panning onto an unsolved murder file of Constable Govindrao More.

Episode #02

The episode starts right where it left off last time, Shivani drove herself to the crime scene. Vikrant finds a packet of drugs in the victims pocket and thinks that this is related to vanraj and it's a drug case. Shivani doesn't agree with him and tries to connect the case to Ajay as it's the same place where he was found the other night. She thinks it's more than just a drug deal.

Next day shivani and vikrant are back in Suresh Dutt's cabin bantering like kids trying to prove their own interpretation of the case. Vikrant insists upon it being a drugs deal whereas Shivani insists that she has questioned he victims friend and according to him the victim saw a girl in wedding attire waiting by roadside. She presents Madhuri's case file who had gone missing on her wedding day 10 yrs back. Vikrant dismisses her saying that the drugs are hallucinagens and there is nothing like a ghost. He is admant about vanraj being involved in this case and that they need to find him. Suresh Dutt tells them that they're both police officers and need to explore all the angles of the case, hence they need to work together. Vikrant even said , "sir partner ki jaroorat to Hai nahi mujhe, apni maa ko bhi yehi bolta rehta hu". Vikrant and Shivani are reluctant to work together but they agree upon it. Vikrant tries to prove Shivani wrong for thinking it's a ghost case so she lists down all the names of victims who were auto rikshaw drivers and died mysteriously on national park road. Vikrant sees the point and takes her along for investigation. They go and talk to Madhuri's father, the investigating officer and the rikshaw drivers who worked in that area at that time. They find out 2 names of possible suspects.

While shivani was working in shaitan chauki, she talks with Constable Govindrao. He tells her that if Madhuri had left she would have had contacted her father at least once, may be she is still trying to say something. Hearing that shivani leaves for national Park. Meanwhile vikrant is keeping tabs on one of the suspects dilip. Vikrant follows the car till national Park. Shivani parks her car and goes into the woods trying to find madhuri. Shivani finds Madhuri's dead body cut into pieces and stuffed in suitcase buried under the ground along with the murder weapon. Meanwhile Madhuri's ghost pulls Dilips car into the national Park and kills him for what he had done to her. Vikrant's tried to save him but is not able to do so.

Next day vikrant investigates Ajay who is still in hospital about vanraj. But he denies knowing any vanaraj and tells vikrant that he doesn't remember anything from that night. Same night Shivani goes to shaitan chauki to say thank you to Constable Govindrao, but instead she finds his unsolved murder file. She gets scared but govindrao tells her not be scared and that she is safe here. Safe from the one with yellow eyes. He mentions his sir again but doesn't tell who it is. Later Shivani calls vikrant at shaitan chauki and tries to explain it to him that she can see ghosts and sense supernatural activity. She also tells him that govindrao helped her solve Madhuri's case. She mentions the yellow eyed one and vikrant makes the connection that they're talking about vanraj. Vikrant tells shivani that he doesn't believe in all of this coz he hasn't seen any of it. But he has taken transfer to shaitan chauki to solve old cases and he needs her help coz she can see things and he needs to find vanraj.

The next day shivani and vikrant shift to shaitan chauki. Shivani gets a ADF to scan all the old case files. They have a light banter over it. Suddenly they hear the door to evidence room opening. Shivani tries to stop vikrant but he goes inside the evidence room. He puts the lights on and finds heaps of unsolved case files. The camera pans in on ACP Siddharth joglekar's murder file.

Episode #03

Episode starts with shivani and vikrant at shaitan chauki. Shivani is scanning and reading some documents and vikrant is pacing around. Vikrant tells her that he'll get more files from the evidence room. When he was going through the racks one of the pile of files starts shaking but he doesn't notice. Shivani was working when she heard a walking cane being tapped on the outside floor. She goes to check it but finds nothing. When she's coming back inside she sees an old lockup and enters it. On the walls she finds symbols that were similar to the ones ajay was drawing on the tree. She senses someone moving behind her but there was no one.

Vikrant is going through some case files in the evidence room, shivani comes to tell him about the symbols she had found in chauki. He tells her to go ahead, when she turns something holds her hand, at the same time a file falls down from the pile. It was siddhant joglekar's case file. Shivani was shocked to find that her brother's death was an unsolved murder. Next morning we see shivani and vikrant in suresh Dutt's office questioning about the case. Suresh explains it to them that even he is not aware of the actual cause of siddhants death and the chauki was closed down after his death. He was killed due to bullet wounds but no bullets were ever found. Siddhants dead body was found in an unknown location in his own car. Shivani asks permission to solve that case, suresh hesitates at first but then allows her and vikrant to solve the case. On the same night shivani and vikrant go through all of siddhants case files. Vikrant realizes that siddhant had a personal diary and goes to search it. Outside its 11pm and shivani again hears a walking cane. This time when she comes out she sees an old lady asking about her son pintu.

Inside vikrant feels that he saw something in evidence room but there was nothing other than an old cupboard which opened automatically. Under that cupboard vikrant found siddhants diary. He brings it out and both of them read it. They find some old pictures of the same symbols, also details of some orphanage fire accident where the same symbols were found. Then they try to find who was the last person to be in that lockup. They find a name and contact and they visit the guy. But the guy refuses to tell anything and shivani gives him her number to call her when he recollects something. Shivani suggests vikrant that they visit a cryptologist to find out more about the symbols. They visit prof. chatterjee, he keeps the photo and says it could be brahmi language and tells them that he'll let them know more about it. Later at night when shivani and vikrant were at shaitan chauki, they argue about food and he goes out to get some food. It strikes 11pm again and shivani hears the walking cane and the old lady. The lady enters a room and shivani follows her, she finds the old lady hanging by the ceiling fan shivani panics but the lady disappears and she realizes it was a ghost. Vikrant returns with food. shivani gets a call and that guy tells her about another person called pintu who shared the lockup with him and did weird stuff. And the symbols on the wall were made by him. Vikrant calls his informer joshi and tells him to find pintu.

Vikrant and shivani visit pintu in mental asylum where he is still making those symbols on the wall. When he senses shivani in the room he calls her by her nickname and then starts shouting. Shivani is shocked to hear that name coz only her brother used to call her that. Vikrant tries to say that someone must have told pintu about her name, but she insists that it's something else. She says that shaitan chauki has all the answers and they need to take pintu there. Vikrant agrees to that and manages to bring pintu to shaitan chauki at that night. When pintu reaches his old cell, he reacts violently and shouts "iske pichhe nahi jana, iske picche sabkuch hai . suddenly he starts talking normally about the things that were said between shivani and siddhant. Shivani is shocked again. Outside his mother waits for him. They take pintu back as he was of no help. Later that night pintu dies in his room in asylum in strange conditions and they found out that he was siddhants informer but was initially arrested for his mother's murder. Next day they report to suresh sir and vikrant still does not believe that this is something beyond normal. Shivani wants to find out the connection between the symbols.

Later at night at vikrant's house, he is seen talking on phone with his mother, who is trying to find a match for him. She tells him that a girl is going to enter his life, who will need him but he's life will be in danger and he should stay away from him (mixed messages really!!). vikrant replies with "mummy pehle to puri bhumika bandh li aur ab keh rahi ho dur reh his mother asks who's bhumika?? :O (seriously she needs to come on screen!) he then cuts the call saying he'll call later.

At shivani's house, we see she is sleeping and vanraj is standing at her rooms door. Next morning at vikrant house we see him bed (nice body!). He is woken up by suresh sirs call who calls him immediately at shivani's house. When vikrant reaches shivanis house he sees a lot of police cars and ambulances at her door. He enters the house and finds her parents grieving. He enters her room and is shocked.

Episode #04

Episode starts where it had left off. Vikrant sees shivani lying in the pool of her own blood and the room had been completely destroyed. Vikrant is devastated but tries to find clues. He finds shivani's phone, and some weird prints on the wall. He again starts talking about vanraj and suresh sir tells him to investigate it. Vikrant talks to shivanis parents and leaves.

He comes back to shaitan chauki and thinks about the times he spend with shivani, suddenly he remembers about pintu and goes through his files. He finds out about some navin jha and tells joshi to find out more. Once he gets more information he goes to meet navin, he mentions vanraj and says, "ek baar apne use dekh liya to wo bhi aapko dekh lega aur ek bar apne use jaan liya to wo bhi apke bare me jan lega aur fir uske baad apko use koi nahi bacha paega . But before he could speak more with him navin dies in what looks like a road accident but there was no car there. Vikrant gets a call from data analyser who tells him that he had recovered some data from shivani's phone. He shows vikrant a video that was captured at 3.30am. the video shows footprints that ascend from the wall and move towards shivani and the end of it we see a pair of yellow glowing eyes. Also vikrant finds out that the last call on her phone was from a prof. chatterjee. Vikram goes to visit the prof and asks about the symbols. The prof tells him that the symbols were found in rajasthan, in siwana village in a rameshwar orphanage. Vikrant thanks the prof and tells him that shivani died that morning.

Next day vikrant leaves for siwana. He reaches the orphanage and finds that the fire had damaged everything and a banjara family was leaving there now. He talks to them and their daughter who was playing with an imaginary friend. Suddenly that girl warns vikrant to leave from there or else the place will catch fire like before. Vikrant tries to search for this imaginary friend but doesn't d find anyone. Suddenly that girl goes somewhere and vikrant follows her. He finds those weird symbols drawn on the orphanage floors, he feels like someone is following him but there was no one. Suddenly he hears a sound and follows it to find the little girl playing with a toy. She looks up at him and warns him to go away or yellow eyed one will come and everything will burn. She keeps repeating it. Vikrant hears cries for help as some stuff catches fire. This acts as a distraction and loose the small girl.

Vikrant goes searching again, suddenly he senses someone behind her. He turns around and aims his gun at the person behind. He sees a girl around his age, with curly hair standing behind him. He asks who she was and she tells she's aditi and shivani has sent her here. She had come in her dream and she sent her to help vikrant. She asks if he is vikrant. Vikrant doesn't answer instead asks how aditi knows shivani. Aditi says she can see visions and she saw shivani in one such vision, but she doesn't go to explain further.

Vikrant lowers his gun. Aditi told him that she saw shivani at 4am in the morning. Vikrant tells her that shivani was his friend and asks her if she told aditi about any vanraj. Aditi denies that and says she was only asked to come to siwana and help vikrant. Vikrant accepts that lets aditi search for that small girl with him. While searching they reach some internal rooms where the walls had the same weird symbols. Shivani could hear laughs and giggle of kids but vikrant could not hear any of that, he could hear burning firewood. The room suddenly feels with smoke. Aditi says that the small girl is in danger. Vikrant tries to question her but remembers that she can see things like shivani. Aditi could now hear cries of children from behind a door. She tries to open that door and vikrant helps her. They find the small girl sitting in the middle of the burning room. Still warning them to leave and her hands were injured. Vikrant picks her up and leaves. Aditi finds a half burned photo of kids on the floor and takes it along with her. They all leave the building.

Once out vikrant checks the girls wounds but there were none. The family thanks vikrant and leaves the space to find a new place to leave. Once they are gone aditi says that the place is cursed. Later she introduces herself again as ASP Aditi Sharma, delhi poilice. She shook his hand. Vikrant introduces himself as ACP vikrant Sharma. She salutes him because of his post. (not seeing things but vikrant looked a bit impressed by her here.) They discuss more about how aditi saw shivani and vikrant tries to ask her how she can see things. But aditi says "kuchh batein anjaan hot Hai jinhe, smajhna ya samjhaana namumkin hota Hai" and she leaves. Vikrant follows her and the camera pans on 4 girls standing on the orphanage roof and laughing. (Ghosts)

Episode #05

Episode starts in David menezes' house in Goa. His daughter Renita meneze is sitting on the floor and crying remembering her dead father. Her mother comes and consoles her. Next we see a Christian cemetery and a tombstone named "David menezes". We also see a hand darting out of the ground, which is supposed to be dead David's hand. In the next scene there is knock on Renita's door. She opens the door only to find her dad well and alive and covered in mud at their door step.

In Mumbai vikrant is sitting in Suresh Dutt's office. Suresh is going through the paperwork for Aditi's transfer from Delhi to Mumbai. Suresh is telling vikrant that her transfer without any logical reason sounds questionable. But vikrant insists that he think Aditi is somehow related to Shivana, Shivani and Siddharth's case. He doesn't know how she reached in Shivana and according to her Shivani sent her there.

Suresh informs him that it will take time and they can't let Aditi know the real reason behind her transfer. Bit vikrant says that if they tell her the reason she would agree to it. And he feels like he needs Aditi to help him find vanraj, and that he can feel it in his gut. Suresh sighs at this and tells vikrant to be patient, and asks him if he has started believe in paranormal activities. Vikrant responds saying that he still believes in what he sees but its difficult to ignore them after shivani's death. He suddenly gets hyper about how Aditi knows about Shivani or how did she reach shivana. Seeing his condition Suresh informs vikrant that Aditi has infact accepted the transfer but till she's here he needs vikrant to focus on the ongoing cases.

Suresh then hands the David menezes case to vikrant and tells him to visit Goa. Once vikrant arrives in Goa, he immediately starts the investigation. He goes to police station where Renita was waiting for him. She gives him a brief idea about the sudden death and reappearance of her father. Vikrant tries to dismiss the case as a case of medical negligence but Renita insists that her father was dead and the guy in their house now is not her father. She also mentions than her aunt had died mysteriously since her father's return. Vikrant decides to question David and continue the case. That night vikrant dreams of running through the graveyard and David pushing him into his grave. Later that night another person from the menezes family is found dead. Later on vikrant finds out that another ancestor of David had come back to life just like him. David tries to kill his daughter and vikrant saves her and asks her and her mother to relocate and not to share their location with anyone. David has run away and the case is inconclusive. Vikrant returns to Mumbai.

In Delhi, Aditi's house is in dark, she's walking with a torch. She sees someone dressed in a rucksack walking towards her. She gets scared and runs towards her room. She locks the room and hides herself under the covers. She hears someone opening the door and pulling her bedsheets away. She wakes up and realizes it's a dream. Suddenly she sees smoke coming out of her cupboard. She moves towards it and opens to see nothing on fire there. She finds the photo of her childhood which she had picked up from the shivana orphanage fire. She wonders how her photo ended up being in an orphanage with other kids.

Episode #06

Episode starts with a flashback from 3 years back in Madhyapradesh. A girl dressed in all black is crying in her room, later she writes a suicide note and hangs herself.

In mumbai current day, Aditi visits shivani's house to meet her parents but it was locked and neighbor tells her that they left soon after shivani's death. Next we see vikrant who has come to Madhyapradesh to solve the case of choti-chor-chudail, a mysterious case wherein the hair of young girls are cut by a girl in all black while they were sleeping. Vikrant goes to investigate in the village but does not receive proper co-operation from the locals. He is told to go away and leave them alone. The mysterious occurances still continue in the village. Vikrant investigates further and realizes that the village sarpanch's daughter had committed suicide after cutting her hair and people think that it's her ghost. But the dead girls mother shows vikrant her daughter's suicide note. After reading it vikrant digs deeper and finds out that she was murdered by her own brother. And the same person was cutting other girl's hair too so that they don't progress in their life (dakiyanusi khayal!). He culprit and his accomplices are thus arrested. Vikrant returns back.

In Mumbai it's night and Aditi visits shaitan chauki for the first time. She enters the chauki, vikrant sees her from the evidence room and comes out to greet her. She informs him that when she inquired about him local police told her that she would find him here. She is referring to him as sir. He asks her to sit. She inquires about shivani's parents and tells him that they're not there at home. Vikrant himself is confused to hear this. Aditi further adds that she has no idea what is happening in her life and if she'll ever find answers to all the questions. Vikrant assures her that they'll find the answers together. But she says she has to find them on her own but she'll need his help. Vikrant says he likes her spirit. Aditi asks for Shivani and siddhants case files and vikrant leaves to get them. Aditi is shown thinking about the photo she found at orphanage.

Episode #07

Episode starts in Goa. A group of friends were at fishing dock and having drinks. Suddenly they see a lady and one of the friend follows her to the boat and jumps off into the sea. Rest are scared and run away as they see the same lady now standing behind them.

Next morning in mumbai, vikrant calls up Aditi to ask her if she has spoken to her father about the photograph she found at the orphanage. And tells her to go to Delhi if needed. Aditi tells him that her father is coming to Mumbai for a conference and she would talk to him then. Vikrant agrees and cuts the call. Next Suresh Dutt assigns vikrant the Goa suicide case saying it's a high profile case and asks him to leave for Goa.

Vikrant reaches Goa and starts investigation. He finds that the people are very hostile about the case and about him (No. Goans are not like that!). He is even denied food at the hotel he was staying at. While investigation is in progress in koliwada, vikrant constantly sees a young boy in school uniform running around, at one point he even dreams about seeing vanraj. Later in his investigation vikrant finds out about a cyclone relief fund scam. The 10 missing cases in last 6 months are all related to that. He comes to know that one lady had committed suicide along with her young son who he keeps seeing everywhere. At the end the main culprit in the scam confesses his crime and the case is solved.

In Mumbai, Aditi is shown waiting for her father. When he comes he apologizes for being late. Aditi says it's okay and that she knows that he would never lie to her. He asks her if anything is wrong. She asks him who she is. He tries to sugar-coat it by saying she's his dear daughter Adu and a very talented and brave ASP. She counters him by showing him the orphanage photograph and asks him how it got there and if she is adopted. Aditi's father hesitates for a moment but gives in and tells her that she is adopted from an orphanage in Bangalore. He already lost her mother and he didn't want to loose her too so he never told her about it. Aditi replies that she doesn't know how to react to this. She is her father's daughter but she needs to find out who she really is. And they both have an emotional moment.

Episode #08

Episode starts with a truck driver haunted by a bloodied corpse. Next morning we see Aditi and vikrant in the police station searching for Suresh Dutt. He comes up behind them and congratulates Aditi on joining vikrant's team. Asks about her well-being and tells that vikrant has said good things about her. He asks Aditi to join vikrants next case and leaves.

Next day vikrant and Aditi leave for the case location. While in car Aditi asks vikrant that she is puzzled that his previous partner died and she feels like she has been transferred as her replacement. Vikrant pretends to take it offensively and Aditi apologizes to him and says she's sure no one can replace his partner. Vikrant tells her not to worry about it and that she can call him vikrant instead of sir as they're working together now. He also tells her that he requested for her transfer so that her abilities can be used to solve the cases. She checks the case files and they continue their journey towards the location.

Once they reach the location, it's a hospital where the two victims are admitted. They were attacked badly by someone they didn't see. They accept to have kidnapped a girl and that they had one more accomplice named hemant. Vikrant and Aditi find out about hemant and go to his house. They don't find him but upon searching the house they realize that he is a pedophile. They find a diary with details of all the girls he has kidnapped till date. When they return to local police station they find the old case files and the mother of a missing girl. The lady tells them that her daughter had been missing for over an year. Vikrant thinks that it's not related to current case, but aditi has different options that the girl Indira is somehow related to this case. When they investigate more they find out that one of the kidnapped girls has returned home. That girls photo matches the description provided by the two injured guys. They visit the girls house and come to know that she has not returned home but her parents had lied to the police. Her mother tells Aditi and vikrant that she had spoken to her daughter antara once after kidnapping but she was talking in a south Indian language. Aditi asks to see antara's room. She gets a weird feeling when she picks up antara's photo from her room.

They return to the police station to work on the evidences they have collected. They analyse the call recording they had received and realize that antara was speaking in Tamil and saying "he has killed me mother and no one can find me now". Aditi wonders if this was Indira speaking. They run the analysis again but the system crashes. They are even not able to trace the call. A police officer tells them that they have tracked hemants van and it's in an under construction building near highway. They set up a team and leave for the location. They split and start searching for hemant, antara or the van. Aditi finds the van, she reports it to vikrant. When she goes near it she sees it shaking and hears a girl crying inside. When she opens the door she sees nothing was there. She looks under the car and walks backwards confused. Aditi hits vikrants chest as he had just reached there. He sees the empty van and decides to search inside the building. when they leave we see a girl in uniform crying inside the van.

When inside the team splits up again. Aditi finds the spot where the goons had had drinks, again she hears a girl crying. She looks further and sees a girl sitting, she calls out to antara but when the girl turns she sees that it was Indira. She calls vikrant but sees that the girl had disappeared by then. Vikrant comes and they both start searching for the girl again. Vikrant finds no one but Aditi sees a girl going downstairs and runs behind her, she trips on the stairs and falls. Vikrant hears Aditi's cry and runs for her help. By this time Aditi gets up and sees that girl bashing a guy's face with a stone. The girl is Indira and she smiles creepily at Aditi. Vikrant reaches the spot and asks if she is alright. Aditi tries to tell him that the guy on the floor was hemant and had been just beaten. But vikrant looks at the body and it was days old. Aditi is confused by this and she insists that she had seen Indira killing hemant. Vikrant looks around and finds antara lying unconscious instead.

They take antara to the hospital. There Aditi feels that something is wrong with antara. Vikrant tells her to take the night off but she insists in staying at the hospital and talking to antara. But antara escapes from her room. Aditi has an idea where she must have gone and they go to indiras house. There they find antara, indiaras mother tells them that it's her Indira who has come back. They forcefully take antara back and she tells that she has no idea how she reached there. Next day at Suresh Dutt's cabin Aditi suggests that instead of antara someone else must have killed hemant. Vikrant suggests that she was in shock and people do a lot of things when in shock. But that forensics show no organic evidence near hemants body. So the case is filed as unsolved. Suresh sir welcomes aditi again and says that she is perfect for vikrants special cases (I saw what u did there Suresh sir).

Episode #09

Episode starts with a post wedding scene in a village. The bride leaves the house and the MIL follows her. Later the MIL in found burnt to death in their fields.

In shaitan chauki, ViDiti are working on some paperwork when vikrant asks Aditi if she talked with her father. She tells that she did and found out that she was adopted. She casually asks vikrant that she has heard that he faught and ran away from his house to come to Mumbai. He smiles and tells her if he hadn't run away from the house than he would have been sitting in father's marble factory and making Taj Mahal. Then he switched the topic back to siwana. But Aditi says that she was adopted from somewhere else and not siwana. Vikrant is confused by this and says he didn't believe in any of this a few days back. Aditi says she feels a connection to siwana and it doesn't matter if we believe it or not but truth doesnt change. She then switched the topic to vanraj and vikrant replies that he was about to catch vanraj but he got lucky. Aditi inquires if he's sure that vanraj has run away. They drop that topic and vikrant jokes if she can feel any presence here, she tells him yes but it's a good presence. Vikrant takes it as a praise and tells her to let him be humble for a while and blushes (aww) Aditi smiles at him. Vikrant then gets a call from someone.

Next ViDiti are seen in samabaad police station. They were called in regarding the burned deadbody in the feild. We see that the bride's family is haunted by a spirit, which later turns out to be her first husband who had killed himself. During the investigation even Aditi feels the presence of a bad spirit around the house. During investigation the bride chaitali tells aditi that her first husband used to abuse her and she left the house because of it and he committed suicide and ever since that his spirit follows her everywhere hurting people around her. Aditi tells vikrant that even she feels that chaitali is troubled by some evil spirit, this time vikrant doesn't question her much.

On the same night the spirit attacks the house again. It threatens to kill everyone if chaitali doesn't do what it's saying. Vikrant and Aditi reach there and witness everything. Chaitali takes matters into her own hands and splits her own throat. ViDiti are helpless as they're not able to stop her. Next day while returning home vikrant seemed disturbed as how can something possess someone who has started a new life and make them take their own life. Aditi tells him that it's obvious to feel bad when such a person dies. Vikrant comments that she should leave police force and be a philosopher. Aditi pulls his leg saying she will, just let her teach this student.
