Episode #37

Episode starts with a couple worshipping a tree by the highway. A tuck stops by the road side and some cleaners empty a couple of drums of toxic waste by the roadside lake. We see something moving on the ground, when the guys don't return another one joins them who is killed by a man covered in mud.

Next we see Aditi arriving at the crime scene, she was talking to Suresh Dutt on phone who inquires about the case and vikrant. Aditi informs him that vikrant is fine now and that she had just spoken to him yesterday. Later Aditi and local PI are investigating the crime scene. Local PI tells Aditi that this had been the most difficult case they have faced so far. The bodies were covered in mud and 9/10 people who have died were the employees of Enercon mining company. Aditi sees a couple standing across the pond, she flashes her light and asks who they are but they turn around and leave. Aditi crosses the lake to follow them, she sees them standing in front of the holy tree. When she gets closer they disappear. The local PI comes searching for Aditi and tells her he has set up a meeting with Enercon's manager.

Next day Aditi and local PI go to Mr. Acharya's office to investigate. Mr. Archyas daughter was playing with him when they reached. He send her outside to play as Aditi questions him about the dead employees. Mr. Acharya tells her that none of the employees had any problems with him or the association, and tried to blame the murders on the local adivasi's. Gunjan who was playing outside, enters an abandoned building, she finds a wall covered in hand prints and when she turns she sees a man covered in mud. She screams and when Aditi and co. Reach there she is found sitting on the floor in front of the wall. She tells them what she saw. Mr. Acharya blames the adivasi's again and Aditi,PI and Mr. Acharya go into the village to talk to the adivasis. The leader of the village, mentions the protector of the forest, the yakshi. She tells Aditi that yakshi is punishing people who have destroyed the environment. Aditi decides to talk to the villagers alone. There she is offered water. She is shocked to see the quality of water the villagers are drinking. The leader tells her that they heavily depend on mother nature for food and shelter, but due to mining their sources are polluted.

Later at night, Aditi has dinner at the company cafe. Where she meets the chef pritam who tells her more about the yakshi. While she was having food vikrant calls her. The following convo happens, (it was kinda cute)

"Hello?"

"Haan aditi, jungle wale case me koi pakda Gaya?"

"Ye sab chhodo pehle ye batao tabiyat kaisi Hai?" (Finally! Kisine kisise puchha to! But this is not how I imagined it.)

"Filhal to thik Hai yaar, Puri tarah se thik to tab hogi jab koi case milega, firse Kam shuru karunga. Khair wo chhodo, jungle me koi tarzan ya Mowgli Mila?"

"Nahi. Lekin abhi abhi garma garam khana Mila Hai, aur lag bhi accha raha Hai." Replies smiling.

"Aur koi lead?" Smiles.

"Filhal to nahi, lekin Kal mei kuchh adivasiyon se puchhtach karne ja rahi hu. Aur us mining company me bhi jaungi."

"Thik Hai, thaki Hui lag rahi ho, so jao.. (aww) dimag pe jyada jor mat dalo. Goodnight."

"Thik Hai goodnight."

(Point to be noted vikrant was standing here and searching through some random medical cabinet. He looked healthy.)

We see a couple looking at Aditi from inside the kitchen but she doesn't notice them. Aditi returns to her cottage, when she was brushing her teeth, we see the yakshi standing near her. She warns him to get out but he doesn't budge. She fires two shots at him, the doors of the room automatically close. Aditi sees muddy water coming from under the door. Aditi calls the local PI for help, they find no one but find the two bullets Aditi had fired lodged in the wall. While they were checking the house, pritam comes running there and tells them that Mr and Mrs. Acharya are killed in the next cottage. The entire team runs to the next house. Their bodies are found covered in mud as well. Aditi searching for gunjan as they don't find her in the house. She is found in the abandoned park. Gunjan tells Aditi that a guy covered in mud came and killed her parents. Aditi decides that gunjan should stay with her for the night.

Later Aditi calls vikrant asking about the case. She starts by apologizing for calling so late. Vikrant says he had received her message that a pile of mud had attacked her and asks her how she's feeling now. Aditi recites the entire tale again, vikrant was now lying on the bed and a nurse was adjusting his bedsheets. He looked in pain. (How?? He was fine like 2 hrs before. Now this could be gashmeer coz vikrant didn't have any injuries.) They further discuss the case, Aditi insists that what she saw wasn't a human and vikrant says it could be her imagination.

Suddenly, pritam delivers food for gunjan and Aditi. She hadn't ended the call yet (I was nicely thinking they'll kidnap Aditi or something while vikrant was on phone and we might get something but aisi kismat Kahan). She continues the call and vikrant tells her to be careful about this case before dropping off. As she was taking a bite, Aditi comes up with an idea to test the food for drugs. She calls up local PI and informs him of the same. They find the results are positive and that pritam used to drug people, who later saw the man covered in mud or yakshi. They also deduct that he had killed all the people with the help of someone. Aditi and the PI goes behind pritam, she tries to convince him to give in but his son tries to kill the local PI. Aditi manages to arrest pritam and his son,but pritam tells her that yakshi has seen her and he will never leave her now. (Vanraj kafi nahi Tha Jo ab yakshi bhi add ho Gaya list me?) Next day Aditi finds their woman accomplice and arrests her too. Gunjan is sent with her relatives to stay. The local PI introduces Aditi to the new owner of the company Mr. Dessai, who fake promises Aditi to revamp the company's eco policy and save the jungle. Later same day he too sees the yakshi.

Meanwhile Aditi gets a call from vikrant, congratulating her on solving the case. She replies although the case looks solved they don't have any cause of death. Aditi also mentions seeing the man covered in mud herself. Vikrant refutes that saying it could be her imagination as she was drugged at the time. Aditi agrees and promises to see him in Mumbai. Vikrant replies with an "absolutely" before ending the call.

Episode #38

Episode starts with a new case, a drunkard yelling at someone from his house, he enters the house and closes the door. As he turns around he sees a bright light and walks towards it, we see the ceiling fan moving and the guy takes a rope and hangs himself. A lady is seen standing there, laughing.The lady suddenly wakes up from sleep.

Aditi working in Shaitan chauki on the next morning, when she gets a call from vikrant,

"Jai Hind ASP Sharma, bhuli to nahi?"

"Tum bhulne Doge tab na? Jab see hospital me Gaye ho phone pe phone kiye ja rahe ho. Aram karo"

"Aram hi Kar raha hu. Pehle batao to sahi waha Kya chal raha Hai?"

"Vikrant tum jante ho ke yahan kuchh bhi hua to Mei sabse pehle tumhe call karungi. Ab aram karo."

"Okay" call is cut.

The lady from last night, Jaya, comes to chauki and tells Aditi that she sees death in her dreams and Aditi needs to help her before she sees her own husband. Aditi tells her to relax and the woman tells her to go to bhagwati chawl where she will find a man hung by the ceiling fan. Aditi believes her and leaves for bhagwati chawl. There they find ranjan Shetty hung by the ceiling, when they ask around they find he was working in swadesh textile company which was owned by Tanuj and jayas husband.

Aditi and local PI have a meeting with Tanuj. He tells them that Jaya doesn't know ranjan shetty, and that his co-partner, vikas is missing from 3 months. Aditi goes to visit Jaya and tells her that ranjan was working in their own factory. Aditi asks if she had other dreams before, Jaya tells that he had seen her driver dying and he had died the same way. Jaya tells her that she feels happy when she sees someone dying and that she's afraid. Aditi asks Jaya to consult her doctor and gives her personal number and leaves. The local PI calls Aditi and tells her about vikas' missing case. Later that night Jaya sees tanuj's death. She wakes up and calls Aditi. Aditi reaches tanuj's house to find in lying dead how Jaya had told. They start investing in the company. They come to know about Aniket jadhav who had a fight with Tanuj and ranjan both.

Vikrant calls Aditi and she informs him about the case, he tells her to call him incase of any problem. At Jay's home, she is scared and takes a nap. She sees another vision, this time it's her husband vikas. She sees him in the middle of a jungle in palghar. Paralelly aniket is found and taken in custody, who tells the police that there was a scam going on in the company and when he tried to contact vikas about it, they did something to vikas. Jaya calls Aditi about the dream she had, she tells them the location and they leave for it. There they find vikas' dead body buried under the ground. Later aditi tells Jaya that vikas had died 3 months back. Local PI finds 2 ladies in the jungle who tell them that they saw 5 men killing vikas. 3 of which are already killed. 4th one was vikas' younger brother jatin, who kills himself in his office cabin and Jaya dreams about it. Aditi tells Jaya about what she heard from the ladies in the jungle, but Jaya denies it, she also mentions a 5th person being there whom the ladies had not seen. Later at Shaitan chauki, local PI gives Aditi records of phones that were active in palghar jungle during vikas' murder. When aditi reaches jayas house she sees jatins wife bani committing suicide, she tries to stop her but she's thrown away by bani. Jaya was sleeping upstairs but Aditi could see her standing there. She runs upstairs and wakes up jaya and bani is rescued.

Aditi tells Jaya that vikas was killed by his family and employees for his money, and his spirit was trying to protect her from them.

Note: aaj Mei kuvku Nahi bolnewali, I've made peace with it, Hume is week ViDiti ek frame me nahi dikhnewale.

Episode #39

Episode starts at a railway station in jaywantwadi, a guy named Nayan talking on phone to his wife whom he tells that people have told him not to stay alone at the station and that ghosts catch him. He doesn't believe in all this and then h sees someone coming towards asking him where his leg is, Nayan starts running and is trapped by a ghost. He's unconscious not dead.

Aditi is shown, when Suresh calls her and aks her he had tried calling before but couldn't reach her. She informs him that she was at the hospital with vikrant. Who is fine now and will be completely okay soon. Suresh then informs her about the case and she leaves for crime scene.

In jayantwadi, she reaches the local police station and meets victims wife, by now the local PI has also told her about the ghost who traps people by asking for his legs. Victims wife also tells her the same story. Aditi visits the railway station and the station master tells her the same thing. She finds out that the murders occur sometime at 2-2.30 in the morning, when no one is there at the station. Local PI calls Aditi and tells her that victims engagement ring is lost. Later that night vikrant calls Aditi and discusses the case he tells her that someone must have stolen the ring post murder. Aditi tells him that she'll check out the station tonight, vikrant (worried) asks if if anyone is going with her, she tells him not to worry and that she will call him later.

(Okay I'm not sure where vikrant is now, she told Suresh that she had been at the hospital, but vikrant was wearing a sweatshirt not a hospital gown and the place didn't look like his hospital room.)

When she reaches the station she spots someone, when she walks towards him, a local Constable comes searching for her from the opposite side and she turns around. When she turns back to see whom she had seen before, the person had disappeared. The local Constable tells her about a petty theif in the railway station area "Kamal" and they leave.

Next day Aditi goes to search Kamal, there in the alley she hears a weird knock from inside a dustbin. She walks towards by it but is interrupted by the boy who was showing her way. When they reach kamal's house his mother informs Aditi about him not being at home for days. Aditi sees he looking at someone past her, when she turns around she sees kamal's brother running. Aditi chases her around the block, (that run was aaawwwsooommmeee!!!! In slomo and all 😎 ) She catches kamal's brother and he tells her the same story his mother had told. Aditi warns him to tell her about Kamal or that he will go to jail instead of him. He denies that his brother is a thief.

At night, at the cottage where Aditi was staying: while she was reading the case file the window to her room opens and she hears a sound. She takes a gun and follows it. She finds no one. She gets a call from local PI and she goes to the hospital to see Nayan. Both is legs are cut due to railway accident. He tells her about the body he saw on stretcher at the railway station and that he saw a man walking with crutches. Aditi tells local PI to get a sketch and heads for the railway station. Joshi (working for her now) gives her kamal's number and she calls him and tells him to meet him at the station. Kamal meets her there and tells her that he's innocent and he was running coz he's life is in danger since "he" had come. Before he could tell aditi who "he" was they hear a voice saying, "Mera pair Kahan Hai ? Mei Mera pair dhund raha hu. Kya tumne dekha hai?" Aditi tells Kamal to wait and follows the voice inside station masters room. Suddenly she hears kamal's scream and comes out,he was Missing but a guy with one leg and crutches was standing there. Aditi tries to talk to him but he disappears. Next morning they find kamal's body on the tracks. Local PI thinks it's the ghost. Aditi sees the station clock stuck at 3.30 the station master tells he it often happens. Later that day she questions the locals. Even they hint at the ghost. They discribe the ghost and Aditi let's them go.

Later that day aditi calls vikrant and he suggests her to question kamal's brother and friends.( Vikrant is def. Out of hospital, coz he was in casual clothes walking in a garden.)

Aditi talks to kamal's brother and he tells her that Kamal was friends with a garbage collectior. They decide to question all of them. While at night when local PI and her were going by car a guy hits the car and when questioned he points at the jungle. Aditi follows but finds no one. Later at police station, when they question a garbage collector he tells them about a previous employee ghanshu who had only one leg and had died weeks back. At the hospital nayan's health deteriorates and he told Aditi about a guy who had given him tea that night. She goes to the station to find the guy. There she sees a body on the stretcher, she sees it was the same guy whom she had seen before. Suddenly the white sheet coving the body flys at her due to wind and she sees a vision about a kidney racket. She comes out it because of vikrants call. Vikrant points that someone from the hospital might be involved and aditi leaves for the hospital. (Definitely not in hospital, he was at his home.)

She asks to see nayan's body to see if any organs have been removed. She finds that the kidney was missing. When adiri looks up she finds the doctor missing, she comes out and hears someone talking on the top floors. She takes out her gun and goes to check. There she is attacked by a group which includes the guy who hit their car,the doctor and a local. She fights back and they are arrested. They confess to everything and tells her that they killed ghanshu first coz he was handicapped and of no use to them. They also confess killing Kamal, and other people for organ trafficking. Aditi reports this to Suresh on the next day. Aditi is given the sketch which Nayan had discribed. She recognizes it as ghanshu. Police also find ghanshu's missing leg at one of the convicts house. Which Aditi gets back to Shaitan chauki.

Bonus: vikrant is coming back tomorrow and that hawwt sunglasses viditi scene is there. 🤪

That was last Friday's episode, koi pandit ji ka bhoot dikha tha aditi ko aur wo new book de Diya use shaitani book ka effect reverse karnewala.. usse aditine vikrant ko hosh me laya aur uske baad kisine uss book ko dekha hi nahi hai😕 may be able vikrant ke aane ke baad focus karenge shayad.. Aditi ko bhi jyada kuch nahi bataya uss pandit ne..😕

Yaay!! Vikrant is back today.

Episode starts with Holi celebration at night in some village. It's a prosession and people are drinking and enjoying. One of them splits to go home when he is attacked by a woman with a grinding stone.

Next day aditi and vikrant reach Bhopal. 3 People have been killed over 3 years on Holi night with grinding stone. The entire village could hear a loud noise of grinding. Vikrant thinks it's a serial killer doing it, so does Aditi. Suddenly vikrant is super skeptical about ghosts and says that it's easier to blame things on ghosts coz u don't have to catch them. (Btw..new wardrobe for vikrant 😳 and that sassy sunglasses scene 😎)

The local PI tells them that they have arranged a house for ViDiti, given by the village mukhiya phulwanti devi, as they don't have hotels in the village. Aditi gets a weird cold feeling in the house. Vikrant is irritated at how they work in the village and accompanies local PI to the sacred tree where the women of the village along with the mukhiya have gone to offer grinding stone so that the ghost doesn't hurt them. There vikrant inquires more about the victims and the workings of the village. Vikrant thanks the mukhiya for the house and she extends him full support in the investigation and introduces him to last victims wife. She tells vikrant that the murder weapon was from their house and that her husband barely knew the previous victims. And she leaves. Vikrant scold local PI for missing such tiny details and they leave for home.

Aditi is at home and the local Constable offers her tea and snacks. She tries to find out more about the mukhiya's family but he avoids it saying it's a long story. The Constable excuses himself and Aditi tells him to report next day at 9am sharp. As Aditi was walking through the house, she finds herself in a dust of cloud. She goes to investigate the source, she climbs up the attic and sees a young boy there who suddenly disappears.

On the road vikrant sees a mad man sitting in the middle of the road. The local PI tells him that he doesn't know the man and they try to catch him. The mad man runs away and they chase him but can't find him and decide to come next morning. At home Aditi is trying to call vikrant but network issue! At the time phulwanti devi comes with food for her and vikrant. Aditi asks more about the ghost and her beliefs, PD says she doesn't believe in this but will do anything for the village. She also informs Aditi that the ghost was just a bedtime story told to the kids over the years. While driving back home vikrant and the local PI hear a loud noise that of a grinding stone. They get out of the car and see the constable's deadbody in the middle of the road. Later aditi and vikrant are seen discussing the case at chauki, he tells aditi that he heard a loud noise and it wasn't a recording or anything. Aditi tells him about the kid she saw. Vikrant thinks there is a connection between everything and they decide to go through it all again the next day.

Next morning while aditi was working in the chauki she sees the door moving and goes out, we're shown the same kid standing next to her chair. She goes out and sees another kid outside the chauki playing with marbles. Aditi joins him and he tells her about his friend "bachhu" and points to the kid. Aditi gets up and follows in the general direction. She reaches a tree under which the kid was playing. On the other side vikrant is searching the jungle for the mad guy from last night. They find him on the tree, one of the police man identifies him as mukhiya's son sarju. Aditi gets a call from vikrant regarding the same and she sees that the kid had disappeared.

At the chauki, mukhiya comes to take her son back and vikrant denies her. Another PO tells vikrant and Aditi that sattu's wife ran away from the house and he had gone mad because of this. Mukhiya does like to talk about it so she left. Later vikrant questions sarju and he mentions that the victims were his friends who turned enemies. He also mentions "bacchu". Aditi tells vikrant that the kid she saw is named bacchu and she just knows it. Later they leave to ask the villagers about kajri, Sara's wife. They're told that bacchu was sent to a teacher to study English after the school and that kajri might have had an affair with a village man kailash with whom she ran away. Aditi goes to mukhiya's house next but finds it locked. Vikrant calls her and informs that mukhiya is creating drama at the police station and he's going there now.

When Aditi turns she sees the kid, she follows him into the jungle again. Bachhu takes her to the sacred tree. When aditi asks him why they are there he doesn'treply but Aditi sees a grave near the tree. She calls vikrant and tells him that may be kajri never left the village. Vikrant agrees and tells her to come to the station. At the station, mukhiya tries to warn vikrant to leave her son but he pays no hid to it and instead cross questions her about kajri and bacchu. She denies everything saying kajri ran way. Suddenly sarju screams in the lock up and the lights flicker and things are thrown around. Vikrant and the local PI aim their guns at nothing. In the jungle Aditi is digging the grave she found, suddenly she hears the loud grinding noise. She ignores it and keeps digging and finds a skeleton under the soil. At the sation everyones sees kajri flying in the air with a grinding stone in her hands. At this site mukhiya confesses killing kajri and bacchu and kajri disappears.

Mukhiya tells the police that she was jealous of kajri and hated her as she separated her son from her. And on one Holi night she killed her DIL with a grinding stone. Her grandson had seen everything so she killed him to and spread the rumors about kajri running away.

Okay I expected A LOT from the house ViDiti were supposed to share... But nada! They never even stood under the same roof 😲 like seriously she was inside the house and he stood outside!!

And this new vikrant is different.. idk how to say but he's more skeptical about the whole ghost business and super irritated at ALL the time!😕

Aaj Dil khush ho Gaya Hai mera..

Episode starts at a haweli in nizamabaad Bhopal, the owner and his wife wakes up because he hears someone dancing. The watchman dozing outside so hears someone dancing inside the building and comes inside. The watchman goes to check and is killed by a woman he saw dancing in one of the rooms. While dying he says "wo sab ko maar dalegi."

Next we see vikrant and Aditi visiting the said haweli, nasiba-mahal. They are welcomed by the owner. He told them they have come to India recently, but they have been hearing weird noises at night. And people of the city are saying that the building is haunted and even local police have refused to take the case. Vikrant assures him that they will look into it. Vikrant and Aditi come outside and vikrant asks Aditi "kin khayalon me khoyi ho mohtarma?" (Lol)

They discuss the case and Aditi thinks it could be ghosts and vikrant tells her that they'll look into humans first, ghosts have been there for 50 yrs. He tells Aditi that he's leaving for local police station and that he'll call her later. At the police station, vikrant inquires about he dead watchman. He is informed that anyone who had gone to that haweli at night has never come out alive, they have been killed by stabbing at around 12am. Vikrant zaps him for being a lousy PO. Later at night, aditi hears a voice in the haweli and follows it. She jumps when vikrant taps on her shoulder. He comes inside the room and tells her that they'll know more about the haweli than the local police. They notice that the room was well kept and all the instruments were clean. They decide to stay outside the building for the night.

At 12am they go inside to check and hear music as soon as they enter. Vikrant goes up to check while Aditi checks a ground floor room. There she sees a lady dancing (mujra) who suddenly stops and charges towards her with a knife. She shouts vikrants name and it all disappears. Vikrant comes running and she tells them what she had seen, he checks and finds no one. Aditi tells her that they were ghosts. Next day aditi talks with the local PI asks him to tell the story about the haweli 's ghost. Local PI tells her that he didn't tell the story to vikrant coz he thinks they're lying. Aditi defends vikrant saying "aap Jo ACP vikrant ke bareme bol rahe ho, wo waise bilkul nahi Hai." (aww)

The local PI tells Aditi about nasiba bano, who used to dance at the nawab's haweli and fell in love with the nawab. But the nawab didn't marry her, instead insulted her. Nasiba bano killed her own group of musicians and came back as a ghost herself to haunt the building. In the city vikrant talks to multiple people and is told the same story. He then goes to the haweli and questions the current owner if he thinks anyone wants to harm his family for the property. He is told about a cousin. When vikrant questions him he's told the same story about nasiba again. Out of no where vikrant asks to meet to local moulvi (priest).

That night, Aditi visits the haweli and finds nasiba bano's ghost roaming in the building. She tells her she can help and to let her. At the cousin's place, vikrant questions the moulvi about his perspective about nasiba bano. Moulvi tells him that, the nawab at that time had put a ring on nasiba's finger in front of the public. And she used to tell people that she was supposed to be the next begum, but she went missing before that and even the nawab was nowhere to be found. Vikrant thanks him and leaves for the haweli. At the haweli Aditi tells the current owners that it's not safe to be inside the building and asks them to leave.

But when Aditi was leaving she hears the music and dancing again and turns around to check. She sees nasiba charging towards her again, this time she ducks and when looks again they had all disappeared. She was waiting outside when vikrant reached there. She tells him that the same night is repeated again and again in the haweli, and nasiba bano wasn't charging towards her with the knife, instead it was someone who was standing at the door that time, most probably the nawab. Vikrant asks her sarcastically how they're going to produce this "nawab" in the evidences. She looked tired and asked him to just believe her. Vikrant looks at her says he was just joking. (What's with this guy?? Wait is this the banter we were asking for??)

Aditi goes back in and searches the room. She finds the nawab's ring in the corner covered in dust. As soon as she touches it, she sees a vision where nasiba was killed by that times begum and buried inside one of the building walls. Aditi calls vikrant and they break the wall and find nasiba's skeleton. She tells the family the truth about what had happened. Mr. Shafiq finds it difficult to accept but vikrant defends Aditi saying "whatever Aditi has said, she can't produce any proof for it. But they need to trust her, her instincts and experience is too strong in such matters." Aditi looks up at him in surprise.(awww.. he defended her on the same day she defended him ) She warns the family that nasiba might come back but whether to stay or leave is in their hands. Once again vikrant warns the family to keep in mind what Aditi has told them. And they leave.

When they reach outside Aditi thanks vikrant,

Vikrant makes an "O" and asks why?

"Andar tumne Meri itni tarif jo ki" that smile.

"Are tarif ki Kya baat Hai, Jo sach Hai wohi kaha. Ab tumne hi dundh nikala nasiba bano aur nawab ke bareme. Ab jab Sara Kam tumne hi Kiya Hai to credit bhi milna chahiye na" both smile at each other. Vikrant gets a call from Suresh Dutt and they get in car and leave. 😳

Okay guys I'm done complaining for now. ViDiti defending each other and last 5 mins of the show were all I needed for all these days.

Personal favorite episode.

Episode starts with a mother playing hide and seek with her son in their house, (government quarters recently rented). When the son, Angad comes to find her, the mother suddenly couldn't hear his voice so she comes to check and hears another lady singing but doesn't see anyone. She calls out to her son and she hears him crying. When the mother hits the wall with a show piece and the wall hits her back.

Vikrant and Aditi visit "simrat niwas" to investigate. Vikrant thinks that it's a kidnapping case, Aditi gets a weird cold feeling in the house. Angad's father informs them about he happenings and he also tells that his wife lovelin can hear voices from the walls. While they were going to lovelin's room a chandelier piece falls at Aditi's feet. They enter the room and lovelin suddenly wakes up and says her son is with the ghosts and she starts walking through the house singing the song she used to sing for her son. No one but Aditi could hear the ghost of a girl repeating the song. Lovelin faints and they find some weird drawings of a girl with her throat slit in angad's room. Vikrant and aditi decide to stay at the house that night. At night the current goes off and Aditi sees a ghost of a woman warning her to leave the house. Vikrant feels he saw someone and runs after the shadow. The current comes back and both the shadows disappear. Vikrant asks jasmir (the father) if they know anyone in the city. He mentions a junior officer.

Later in the room, Aditi tells vikrant about what she saw and felt throughout the day. She says there is something strange in the house. Vikrant agrees but he still thinks it's human related. (GUYS!! SAME ROOM!!)

Next day vikrant calls the junior officer for inquiry who tells him that he doesn't know anything about angad's kidnapping. At the house, Aditi sees a young girl walking with crutches. Later lovelin hears her son playing hide and seek and follows the voice, she sees the girl with crutches, a lady with her throat slit and 3 other ghosts in the house. She runs for her life, when Aditi reaches there and sees that lovelin was lying on the floor. She immediately calls vikrant. When vikrant reached the house, he asks Aditi how the attack on lovelin could happen when she was present there.

Aditi calls him out to have a talk and they leave the room, when they come out,

Aditi blames herself for the attack, vikrant tries to explain her that they cannot be emotional to solve the case. She tells him about the girl she had seen in the house, vikrant adds that even he has got a new lead. Okay next there is scene where vikrant tries to console jasmir by saying that at the moment lovelin needs him the most and not to loose hope. Vikrant then looks at Aditi who standing there all worried. (Something is definitely going on here and I'm very very hopeful)

Next day vikrant questions a local archeologist who tells him that the house is more than 50-60 YO and must be having a hidden door somewhere in South of the house. At the house, Aditi hears a noise and comes to the main room, there she gets a weird feeling and calls vikrant, before she could speak, she finds herself surrounded by 3 ghosts, a lady, a child and a man. Furniture is being thrown at her. Vikrant hears this rukus and rushes home. When he reached home, he found Aditi sitting in the main room. He asks her if she is okay and she tells him what had just happened. Vikrant adds that he has the floor plan for the house and that they need to find the hidden door. They both follow the map and vikrant breaks down the south wall to find the door. They find a passage behind the wall and some old cupboard. In the pile of dust they also find a notebook with the song written on it and a name "Saraswati".

Next day vikrant questions an old lady named chamkor, who was Saraswati's friend. She tells him that Saraswati and her family had been murdered in that house and since then she has not allowed anyone to live there and the house needs to be returned to its rightful owner. At the house, Aditi goes searching through the hidden passage. See finds the old cupboard open, she sees that there is an entire room inside it and enters it. As soon as she enters the cupboard, the door shuts behind her, and she is attacked by the 3 ghosts. Vikrant reached home and searches for Aditi, when he was about to turn around he hears noises from the cupboard. He breaks the door and enters, he sees Aditi lying on the floor and a sword hanging above her head. He realizes it's Saraswati and tries to negotiate with her, when he steps forward he is too attacked by the ghosts and thrown at a wall. Vikrant promises Saraswati that no one will step in her house again and that she should leave angad and Aditi. Saraswati jams the sword in her hands into the ground, Aditi is spared. Vikrant rushes towards her and they get angad's out of there.

The house is sealed forever.

Episode #43

(Guys u need to watch this one, it's perfectly balanced with humour and the case! And a bit of ViDiti )

Episode starts in Shanti kunj, the watchman was sleeping outside but gets up and goes to check inside the building. While he was lying on the sofa, his torch suddenly lights again and again although he removes the batteries it continues. He is scared and he hears a knock on the door. Suddenly he feels a touch on his hand and hears his wife from the other side of the door. When he tries to open the door he hears someone warning him not to open the door, he opens it none the less and his wife sees him lying dead on the floor.

Next we see vikrant and Aditi go to visit Kamal shinde, Shanti kunj's owner. He is a bit skeptical about whether he should tell them or not, but vikrant replies with "hum kafi samajhdaar Hai" and Aditi gives him a look.

Kamal then tells them he had converted the building into a resort but his watchman was killed there and now people are spreading rumors that the place is haunted. He mentions a name dhruv sethi who might be after the property. Kamal asks Chandu, his servant to show them the hotel and warns them that he's a bit mad. While leaving Aditi tells vikrant that the watchman ram singh was killed and people came there within 10 mins but they didn't find any killer so this might not be a human thing. Chandu comes and refuses to accompany them to the hotel. Later Aditi and vikrant question dhruv who tells them that the property was initially chandu's.

In the evening when Aditi and vikrant were having tea at the tapri the guy tells them not to go there at night as anyone who spends a night there never returns. Aditi tells him not to worry about them and that they'll come next morning to tell him what happens there at night. Vikrant is really impressed by this.

When they reach the resort at night, they start searching it. They split up while searching. Vikrant stumbles upon a guy lying on the floor. Aditi sees a shadow outside the window, when she checks a she sees a guy outside. She screams vikrants name and he comes running there. They catch the guy and he confesses that he's a local student. Vikrant drags him by his collar abd asks him who the deadbody is. They come and check the other guy who is not actually dead, just drunk. Vikrant searches for a water bottle in Rohan (deadbody's) bag but instead of using it wake him up he slaps the kid to wake him up. There a light banter scene and Aditi suggests that it's not a good idea to let those boys go now. Vikrant threatens them not to leave the room and leaves with the bottle of alcohol he found there.

Vikrant leaves the house to empty the bottle on the ground. Inside Aditi continues the search and sees an old woman sitting on a rocking chair who warns her to not to open the door. At the same time the drunk guy hears a knock on the door from his another friend Karan. He comes and opens the door, he's attacked with a knife and instantly killed. Vikrant and aditi hear the scream and come to the scene. Aditi mentions the woman she saw, vikrant looks conflicted again. Next morning when they tell Kamal about the happenings, he tries to deny everything and tells them to leave the case. Vikrant refuses and asks to question chandu.

Chandu tells them he sold the property for 2 lakhs because he needed money at the time. Later at local police station, vikrant talks to the property dealer who tells him about the the property history. He mentions chandu got the property after the previous owner, Rita dsilva died. On the other hand Aditi visits the resort. As she is going through the place, the front door suddenly closes. Some cabinets open on their own and some papers fly out of them. Among them is a photo, Aditi pics the photo. Vikrant calls her and she tells him she'll show him the pic when she meets him. While vikrant is waiting in the station he asks the local PI to find out more about Rita and how chandu is related to her.

Aditi is seen visiting chandu's house where the door opens on its own when she knocks. She enters the house and starts searching through it. She finds another photo and leave with it. She is seen by chandu who was just outside. At night Aditi finally reaches the station, she shows vikrant the photos she found. They identify the two women in them as Rita and Anita dsilva and one of the teenage boys as chandu at that time (40yrs back!) They deduce that Rita and Anita must have adopted chandu and the other guy and when the entire property was handed to chandu, he killed Anita dsilva. Aditi mentions that she had felt her spirit in the house. Vikrant tries to call Kamal to tell him the truth. But he's informed that Kamal has gone to the property with chandu. Vikrant and Aditi leave for the resort.

At the property, chandu attacks Kamal and tells him that he and kamal's father was adopted by Rita dsilva and his father along with his friends killed Rita and Anita for the property and blamed it on chandu. And now he is going to kill him to take revenge. Chandu threatens Kamal with his own gun and forces him to open the door. Vikrant and Aditi reach there at the same time and try to stop Kamal from opening the door. Vikrant enters the house from other side and tries stopping chandu from shooting Kamal. Chandu still forces Kamal to open the door, but at the last moment Kamal moves aside and chandu comes to the door. Aditi was standing outside the door and she sees Rita and Anita's ghost stabbing chandu. Everyone is left speechless.

My excitement for this episode was at a different level all together!! and it delivered!! I know i said that one of the previous episodes had a perfect balance but this one tops that. This was perfect!👏

Episode starts with a guy named pavan and girl named arti running through a jungle in punjab. They were being chased by a group of men headed by manoj tiwari with fire torches. While arti and pavan were hiding behind a rock, she turns around and sees that pavan had disappeared. She sees someone else behind the trees and screams. When manoj reaches there he sees a man dressed in all black, big nails, dirty hair and holding a skull, blood was dripping from his mouth. Manoj is shocked to see this and the others run for their life.

Next we see vikrant and aditi driving into the village, aditi was on call with suresh dutt, and informs him that the villagers think that the local kidnappings are done by a devil that resides in the jungle and they call him "narbhakshi. Aditi brief's him about the case and tells him that the last incident was 2 yrs back when another couple had gone missing. She also informs suresh sir that her and vikrant are going in the village as undercover crime reporters as the locals are not ready to talk to the police. Suresh warns then that since they are not taking any help from the local police, he won't be able to help them internally. He tells them to be careful as the people of that area are very aggressive and "baat baat pe katta nikal dete hai (take out their guns for silly reasons). Vikrant laughs at this.

When they reach the village, vikrant goes to arti's house and introduces himself as crime reporter vikrant singhal, from daily samachar. He tells arti's mother that they want to make a news documentary on their daughters kidnapping and need to ask them a few questions. The mother goes inside and calls arti's father. During the interview, arti's father says that his daughter is not kidnapped, infact she's taken by the narbhakshi. Vikrant tries hinting at pavan's disappearance and asks if pavan and arti had a relationship. At this arti's father gets mad and asks vikrant to get lost. While vikrant was walking through the village, another woman asks him what he is doing here and he repeats the same intro to her and asks her if she has seen the narbhakshi herself. She denies seeing him and tells vikrant that people are scared of it, and no one goes to the jungle at night. Another random guy threatens vikrant to break his camera if he doesn't stop his interviews. Vikrant apologizes and leaves. (Like seriously?? 😲Vikrant was too much into his undercover. And very very calm as compared to the guy who is so aggressive these days.)

Aditi on the other hand interviews pavan's father who tells her pavan and arti were just good friends and he has no idea if they were more than that. Aditi and vikrant meet up to discuss the findings at a tea stall, aditi mentions that she thinks that something was going on between arti and pavan. Vikrant adds that even if there was something it makes no sense for them to go the jungle at night. The shop owner hears them talk and chimes in, he tells them that arti and pavan were a couple but arti had another admirer, manoj tiwari who had planned along with his friends to kill pavan.

(Btw aditi and vikrant were looking really adorable when they were sitting at the tea stall.)

Later at night aditi and vikrant go to manoj's house. There his father tells them that he had returned home that night scared but then had left and has not come back since. Aditi inquires why they haven't gone to the police and he replies that the local police are very incompetent, there was only one thakur family who used to help people but now even they are not there and the last surviving member of the family has locked himself in the house. Vikrant gives his number to Mr. Tiwari and asks him to contact him in case they hear anything about manoj. At the same time a constable comes and calls vikrant and aditi outside, where ASI goyal waiting for them. He talks to aditi and vikrant very rudely for coming into the village and asks them to hand over their IDs. Vikrant starts arguing with him that he cant take away their IDs as its against the law. ASI threatens to arrest them for trespassing, vikrant continues the argument. (Ah the ever charming trouble magnet! 😆) Aditi tries to diffuse the situation by handing over her ID, she was boring holes into vikrant with her eyes and pleading him to not to continue the argument. Vikrant on the other hand had his own staring contest with the ASI, he finally looks at aditi and hands over his ID too. The ASI warns them to not to leave the hotel room until the IDs are returned and he leaves.

Next morning, aditi and vikrant go to the thakur's haveli. On the way vikrant asks her if she could ask in a favor from her journalist friends and get their IDs back. Aditi says that the ASI looks like a dangerous man and let him do what he want to do right now. The main gate was locked, so vikrant climbs over the compound and opens the gate for aditi. They are stopped by the watchan and escorted outside,saying thakur is not at home and that he doesn't meet anyone. While leaving vikrant and aditi see the window being closed. Its night now while returning, (how do their days even work!) vikrant and aditi see a girl entering the forest, they follow her inside and they hear some weird noises. Vikrant asks aditi to take the girl back home and he goes into the jungle to investigate the voices. He sees someone in the jungle and starts following it, but it disappears. When he was inside, an old guy with a lantern creeps up behind him and asks him to come along if he wants to know more about "narbhakshi. Vikrant follows him to a house, and again introduces himself as crime reporter. The old guy asks him what is he doing with a gun if he is reporter and vikrant tells him its for his own protection. They enter the house and the old guy starts telling vikrant about narbhakshi's nature and mentions, "agar aap kisike pravrutti ko pehchante hai to aap use bach bhi sakte hai aur jaroorat pade to mar bhi sakte hai. Vikrant gets a call from manoj's father that he has returned home and he apologizes the old man for the food and leaves. (I so thought the guy was narbhakshi himself and had fed vikrant human flesh).

When vikrant reaches manoj's house along with aditi, they see that manoj is traumatized and is of no use to question him. They leave the house and find the ASI waiting for them outside again. He throws their IDs at them, and tells them that the thakur has called them to their haweli and be there on time next day. Next evening, vikrant goes to the haweli for dinner. As he entered the haweli, he sees the thakur was reading a book, the thakur welcomes vikrant and introduces himself as retired colonel arjun singh thakur. Vikrant inturn introduces himself as crime reporter. The thakur inquires about aditi and vikrant lies that she's not feeling well and is resting at the hotel. As they walk to the dining table, thakur tries to get more information about vikrant who feeds him half truths. (the same baap ki marble ki factory and bhag ke Mumbai ana and journalism karna) At this the thakur asks him why he didn't join the police force instead. Vikrant is surprised by this and says a crime reporters job is as dangerous as a policemans.

While having dinner, thakur starts discussing about cannibalism (I again thought vikrant was fed human flesh, kahi bhi kuchh bhi khata hai ye banda). Vikrant tries to give some random general answers but the thakur is kind of in narbhakshi's favor. Vikrant says that he's bit a bit scared of thakur, what if he has tried something like that over the years. Slowly the thakur takes his hands off the table, and so does vikrant. Vikrant takes out his gun but doesn't raise it yet, they both are staring at each other. And suddenly the thakur repeats the same words that were said by the old man in the jungle, and vikrant completes his statement for him, "agar aap kisike pravrutti ko pehchante hai to aap use bach bhi sakte hai aur jaroorat pade to mar bhi sakte hai. Vikrant is surprised and confused by this. The takhur takes out this cigar from the pocket and vikrant relaxes and keeps his gun back. The thakur continues, "Ek accha shikari wo hai jo apni shikar ki jaroorat samajh kar, usi jaroorat ko uski kamjori bana de.

(These are golden words btw)

As vikrant leaves the haweli, he gets a call from aditi who tells him that all the missing people where couples and asks him if he has found out anything. Vikrant tells her that in his career of 10 yrs this is the first time he is not able to judge a person, and he thinks that the thakur knows about them. Aditi tells him that they have less time on their hands and need to hurry. She adds that she's going to question the girl they found and vikrant tells her he will go to the jungle again. While aditi was walking on the road, she's attacked by someone, sedated and taken. At the jungle, vikrant repeats the quote, "Ek accha shikari wo hai jo apni shikar ki jaroorat samajh kar, usi jaroorat ko uski kamjori bana de and drops his torch and gun thinking that's his kamjori and jaroorat and waits for the narbhakshi.

When the narbhakshi attacks him, vikrant fights back and injures the narbhakshi and realizes that it's ASI goyal with a mask. ASI goyal tells him that the kidnapped people are not killed, he was doing this along with thakur only to stop honor killings in the area, vikrant doesn't believe him. But this time to restore people's fear in narbhakshi, they will have to kill someone. Vikrant asks him what he meant by it and the ASI laughs at him and says, that vikrant misunderstood thakur's quote, and his (vikrant's) kamjori is right now in thakur's possession. Vikrant realizes it aditi and hits goyal again and gets aditi's location.

At the haweli, aditi gains consciousness and finds herself tied to the bed and thakur siting infront of her. Thakur confesses to her that they used to kidnap couples and let them have a happy life outside the village, and that he had done this because his father had killed his girlfriend, ASI's sister years back in the name of honor killing. He tells aditi that too continue the task he needs to kill her and brings out a knife. As he was about to slash aditi's throat, vikrant bursts the door and come inside, he hits the thakur and asks aditi if she's fine. (arre yaar! U could have knocked the thakur unconscious and freed aditi and checked for wounds first. Anywho) Vikrant is about to shoot the thakur, (the pure rage in his eyes) when aditi tells him the truth and tires stops him, but since vikrant had mistaken to judge the thakur before he's not ready to believe him. Somehow he's convinced and they decide not to arrest thakur as he has not killed anyone.

Later at mumbai, vikrant and aditi report to suresh dutt and he is informed that the village is now under a new PI, who is vikrants junior and he believes he is able of protecting the people and putting an end to honor killing.
