Hello everyone 😃
Liked today's episode. In a way they are keeping with the theme of the show but with some practical touch.

Loved the contrasts between mock hubby and prospective 'perfect' groom. Sky is limit for Sumer's expectations. How 'magnanimous' of him to give her the CD so that she could be well prepared? 🤢

Vivaan is in touch with the reality of his high class lifestyle... he's not delusional. Sumer on the other hand is a shallow person who simply wants to force himself into the elite club.
What did Sumer even mean when he said, "Woh HAMARI high society ka style icon hai" 🤢 HAMARI? Sumer in Vivaan's league? Really? PUHHLLEEZZ
We'd be having a destination wedding then... not crammed into the girl's house enjoying away at her family's expenses. 🥱

Yes there are some cliches... but considering it's a daily show with creative constraints for an Indian GEC, this treatment is just fine.

So coming to the couples...
SilMer are meant to be. Shallow goes with Bimbo.👏
As for MeeVan... Thanks a ton to the dialogue writer for Amaya's dialogues today. Enough said!😆

I swear! Hamari High society indeed.. cheappad kahin ka!
What kinda guy is this Sumer.. super shallow that not even a fly will drown in his cup!

Yu are right.. he and silky are meant to be together.. what.. does she have no sense? When two about to be married people are talking in private.. she has to interrupt their convo.. some manners that soni kudi foks taught her..
Her mom is another super bitch!

And am liking Vivan - unlike the caricaturish misogynist leads who respects none, esp the female lead.. Vivan is not like that.. he has some attitude yes.. but knows who to respect.. when and where to draw the line..

Vivaan is filthy rich...Sumer is a shallow person who just got rich.
For Vivz its his lifestyle. For Sumer its a show, that he is doing to be a member of elite club.

I will love when Meera in her mind will compare Sumer's actual behavior with reality.
She might not compare with Vivz, but atleast she shld be the person to understand that Sumer is not her dream man.

I so agree to ur post!!

Bimbo Silky is getting drawn to shallow Sumer like a moth to fire. good riddance i'd say 🥱
@bold- WORD!
I'm liking Vivaan too. He's humane- aware of his status, judges people but as you said, knows where to draw the line. Right from the first interaction with the family where he insisted on carrying his own luggage, CVs have been stressing on this aspect of the character. HOPE they don't ruin Vivaan for 'twists' and 'turns' 🤢

Abs agree.
Nice POV this... Meera shouldn't be falling in love with Vivaan coz he's a better option compared to Sumer, but for the genuine person he is.
She should soon see through Sumer for the individual he is. No comparisons required... he's a loser anyway. 🥱

To channel you: WORD!!!

The point is that Sumer and Vivaan illustrate very well the saying "the point is to be rich, not to look rich" Vivaan has money, fame, name and looks and we saw that he was also very arrogant like in the poker game and also with his interaction with Meera

BUT... But he knows also to give respect to people, like you said when he was adamant in carrying his own luggage

"Vivaan is in touch with the reality of his high class lifestyle... he's not delusional. "

Absolutely, Vivaan knows the pros and mostly the cons and the ups and downs of his society and his lifestyle and he is living as per those rules to not get eaten by them, which as someone "new" to this lifestyle Sumer fails to do miserably

Sumer is exactly what the society thinks of an yesterday middle-class man turned rich overnight
And don't know why he keeps talking about class and style when he doesn't have the guts nor the manners to stand up for his own fiance in front of people, which the basis of humanity😡

Also, "PUHHLLEEZZ" is that something from the IPK forum and Manorama Maami?😉

This WORD thing could go on forever then😆 😆

Abs agree.

I have only one doubt though. Is Sumer even rich? 🥱😡 Faltu ka show off!

Nah... that's jus routine 😆 But yes... I do use Mami's Peeleej often too. Mami was such a strong character... and here we have Laali. One scene where dolly slaps her on behalf of the audience please! 🥱

I guess they portray themselves rich but surely something is wrong with them like why would they rush into the marriage and all! Inbeshtigation karega padii

Lol yep I loved Maami too much even if she was irritating with her behaviour about Khushi and Payal
