1)Neil had already figured out that Sayasha is Mishti but didn't have any emotional breakdown on realizing that she is kidnapped and her life is in danger. The amount of emotions Neil showed was only that much that a man will show for someone whom he has once given shelter in his house. For his own daughter, Neil will show much more concern and restlessness than he was showing for Sayesha. As far as Neil and family celebrating Sayesha's birthday is concerned, it may be because they were finding occasions to celebrate in order to reduce their grief. This year they didn't remember celebrating Mishti's birthday. Neil was busy in finding about Jaan and Sweta was busy in finding about the reason of Neil's happiness. This shows that for them Mishti's birthday is like celebrate kiya toh kiya warna doesn't matter.
2)Samrat has also got his own smartphone and I think the laptop in which he played the DVD that day also belongs to him. This means Avni spends money not only on Sayesha but on other children also depending on the age group they belong.
3)Mitali accepted her mistake leaving no scope for Neil to think that his deduction is wrong.
Neil has lost faith on her and broke his friendship with her forever.
4)Don't kill me for this but Avni telling Mitali that "Mujhe bataya hota toh main hi raashte se hat jaati" sounded like she wanted to make Mitali feel guilty and make her confess that she tried to play game with Avni. After hearing this from Avni, Mitali realized how selfish she has been and immediately confessed everything
5)Kamini Kapoor is on a mission to unravel Sayesha's background. DD informed her that Sayesha's father is in Mumbai Police. That means in future Neil cannot pretend to be Sayesha's father because Kamini knows that he is an ex-cop.
Kamini is more concerned about Sayesha's background than her son's safety which means that she will never want her son to get married to a girl who belongs to a family of criminals
