Avni wanted leave her family so she faked death.

Avni neither wrote a suicide note nor gave any intimation to police that vidhyut is trying to kill her.

Vidhyut himself went to Neil and confessed that he killed avni.

There is no proof that avni scared in form of bhoot.

Is still avni gets in some charges??

Legally speaking I don't think like that... but ITV anything is possible...So I think before the word is out Neil wants to know why she did yes he is supremely angry but know Avni will never do anything without a vaild reason first why did bow down to Vidyuth and went to marry him is what Neil wants to uncover and eventually other thing

You mean vijaya..despite all these can she be actually charged??

Vidyut confessed himself nor did avni write a letter or note to family or police but if she comes back before the world..then the question arises whose dead bodies were those that was cremated then?who got those bodies there?and how did the reports mention it was avni and mishti?then comes who played behind/faked all these?

Next comes avni living under a different identity all these years.This is only actually enough to put her behind bars for few days and then if the things mentioned in the above para are proved and known that avni is behind all these..she will be obviously be charged.

Cvs have actually made this into a big maze!i really can't even see what track they are planning ahead(saesha kk shaadi i know :/) and how they are gonna untangle all these.
