Sara Ali Khan is all set to make her debut
opposite Sushant Singh Rajput in Abhishek
Kapoor's Kedarnath. There have been
several reports making the rounds that
apart from Kedarnath, she might be a part
of Hindi Medium sequel. It was also reported
that either Sara or Janhvi Kapoor are the
strong contenders to play the leading lady in
Rohit Shetty's
Simmba opposite Ranveer Singh.
Earlier talking about it, a source told a
leading daily, "Rohit Shetty's film will mount
the floors soon after Gully Boy and will
release this year. Now, both Sara and Janhvi
will try their best to bag a role for
Simmba. Janhvi was always an option for
the makers. What will be interesting is if
Sara bags the role. Then both these
actresses shall then vie for the best
newcomer award next year."
Now, it is being reported that Sara has been
finalised to be the female lead of
Simmba and the official announcement
about the same will be done soon.

Kedarnath is likely to hit the screens this
year on December 21 and Simmba is slated
to release on December 28, 2018.

Pinkvilla, when we asked Ranveer about
working with Rohit in Simmba, the actor
revealed, "I am so lucky to be working with
Rohit Shetty, he is the king of masala films.
People are looking forward to us working
together and I am happy to see that kind of
excitement level. These are the types of films
I have grown up watching. Masala films are
in my blood and I'm very excited to be
working in Simmba. Better who than Rohit
Shetty, the king of that genre, so I m
definitely looking forward."
