After his girlfriend's death, Neil was shattered but decided to let the wounds heal themselves and be happy for his parents. He chose to be an officer to protect the law in his state and not let crime win over justice. The pain of losing Juhi somewhere still haunts him, yet he believes that LOVE makes a person complete.

Neil met Avni when he was trying his level best to solve Case 123. Avni's presence made him feel that Avni had a lot to hide. But strangely, he was attracted to her and found her to be emotionally broken, just like himself. He tried to prove Avni a criminal but failed. Destiny tied him with Avni in a relation called marriage. When he realized that Avni was wronged by Dayawanti, he promised to get justice for her.

After knowing Avni's past, instead of throwing her out of his life, Neil decided to help her get justice for her family. He saw her vulnerable side and promised to protect her, be it from Dayawanti or his own family. He stopped Avni from committing a crime and allowed her to take the decision of their relation. When people questioned Avni's character, he stood up for her. Being the honest ACP that he is, he almost risked his life to save innocent girls from Human Trafficking.

He knows that for someone as broken as Avni, it is difficult for Avni to accept someone in her life so easily, but promises to wait for her. He knows that Avni too has a soft corner for him, which is more than friendship but is patiently waiting for Avni to realize that it's LOVE. He knows life has given him a second chance through Avni and wants to make the best out of it, with his family and with HIS Avni.

Zain Imam is a well known Indian Television actor establishing his career as an actor through Indian soap operas.
Zain Imam was born on 18 May 1988 in New Delhi, India. He completed his graduation and is an MBA holder from Amity International Business School. After completing his graduation, he worked in the private sector but later he quit his job and tried his luck in the entertainment industry. He has done MBA. He says that a person should prepare a for backup if ever acting turns to be a wrong decision. If not an actor, he would have been a marketing head.

Zain started his career as a model and walked for many popular agencies such as Reebok, Aldo Group, and McDowell's No.1. He then did a few TV commercials before pursuing his career in acting.

He began his television career in 2014 with MTV's popular youth drama Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan as the carefree and jovial Abhimanyu Thakkar. His role was completed after the character's demise of cancer. The show ended in December 2015.

Zain Imam rose to fame when he was cast as Yuvraj Luthra, the main male lead in Zee TV's popular romantic series Tashan-E-Ishq.The show then portrayed Yuvraj Luthra's character in many shades thus tv audience accepted Zain and his character. Imam had also tried many looks for his character in the show.He was awarded the Favourite Dushman at Zee Rishtey Awards 2015 and Best Actor in a Negative Role at Zee Gold Awards 2016. Tashan-E-Ishq ended in September 2016.

In November 2016, he was cast as Abeer Dharmadhikari, the male lead in Zee TV's Yeh Vaada Raha opposite Sonal Vengurlekar, who played Khushi. The show and his character ended on January 20, 2017

Zain is currently playing the main male character Neil Khanna, a dashing police officer and as the husband of the main female lead Avni Neil Khanna (Aditi Rathore).

Please don't use the AT's as a forum to bash/mock/discuss other celebrities/members, discuss what is happening on the forum or elsewhere on IF or other social networking sites, basically keep it related to what the AT is about.

Chatting

We do allow minimum chatting in ATs, provided it is related to this AT alone. Additionally, Do not spam with just emotions/numbers to increase post count/pages. Do not quote long quotes.You can quote three posts maximum and they should be small. ATs are open for everyone, however, do not invade the AT with the purpose to rile up the fans or instigate them. Everyone has their right to voice out their opinions and should NOT be judged/generalized based on their likes/dislikes. If any of your fellow members/friends fails to follow the rules, kindly ask them to edit out or tell them its wrong rather than joining them and aggravate the issues further and equally responsible for carrying forward an unfavorable situation. Hence be responsible and take responsibility because that way you may prevent action taken against your AT thread. ATs/discussions threads can NOT be used to target other members and NO pinpointing activity/mock or taking digs here toward other fan groups. Any derogatory references or name callings against actors /characters/members/Dev team members are strictly PROHIBITED here.

Report

If you see anyone breaching the rules in any of the threads in the main forum, you will not come here and rant it out about it and snowball the issue further! Instead, make use of the "REPORT" button and report the thread by stating the reason clearly. As soon as the Dev Team comes online they would take the necessary action. We can assure you guys that we only take action where it's a legit reason. However, here is a little catch for the stalkers who just want to report in order to get the AT closed down - If you report any post/comments that have no legit reason, you will be reliable for action against you for stalking. If the DT sees more than 3 people breaking the AT rules constantly for a week, the effects of violations will kick start.

Bashing

Bashing characters/Actors/Individuals on the basis of any reason is strictly prohibited.
