I have noticed it in one song where likes and views were not matching it was like 57 views and 400 likes on a newly uploaded video just after a second it reached to 400 likes and 57 views...i guess this happened to new arijit song from sonu ki titli or whatever the film name was 😛 does music company buy likes, views or comments?

They maybe buying likes,

But this is a youtube problem , Views don't get updated as fast as likes.

Likes get updated in real-time. Views are updated at intervals of time.
