Wondered why the appearances of stars in the capital, either for film conferences or for product launches, are a rarity these days? It is because several of the stars of tinselville are currently abroad No, not holidaying but busy in the shooting of their under-production films.
So, while Shahrukh Khan, Rani Mukherjee and Preity Zinta are in the United States in connection with the shooting of Karan Johar's next directorial venture 'Kabhi Alvida na Kehna', Salman Khan and Akshay Kumar are also in the U S for Sajid Nadiadwala's 'Jaaneman'.
Also out of the country are teenage heartthrob Hrithik Roshan and Priyanka Chopra who are in Singapore for the shooting of Rakesh Roshan's forthcoming 'Krrish', the sequel to 'Koi Mil Gaya'.
Further, stars like Akshay Khanna, Aftab Shivdasani, Ayesha Takia and Mallika Sherawat too are away in Malaysia shooting for Subhash Ghai's 'Shaadi Se Pehle'.
Zayed Khan is another Bollywood star who has been shooting in London for his under-production 'Rocky', Directed by Suresh Krishna. The film stars him alongside newcomer Minnisha.
