Apart from near perfect episode, this line only made it spoilsport. A country which always thinks about attacking others claims that it is unethical when neighbour attacks it.
Apart from above it was like a perfect kobasachi maru case study from star trek. A no win scenario. Both prithvi vallabh and mrinalvati are drawn to one another and will bring doom to another. But the fight scene was awesome.

Well Manyakhet has only Malwa on mind especially Mrinal as we all know reason for that but does Chola have a valid reason or vengeance it seeks remain to be seen.

The difference is Mrinal does not plan on attacking any next kingdom for power which Chola kingdom is doing.

Did alexander, akbar and ashoka became great without attacking neighbouring kingdoms. A strong kingdom attacks and takes over a weak one. This is natural law till recent times. Where is ethics in this?😊

Maybe the way they fight in and off the battlefield is unethical..maybe some of their strategies are unethical..Will wait for next epi for the makers to elaborate on this..maybe unethical not because they are planning an attack but because the way they carry out the attack might be unethical

Not sure what exactly was Bhillamdev talking about and I guess it will be cleared in the next episode

I guess Mrinal will stay for some time in Malwa

This is a tough time for Manyakhet...Mrinal is captured while their neighbouring state is planning an attack on them

Let's see what will happen next

What will be unethical is forcing one's beliefs on other kingdoms. Mughal kings are responsible for the destruction of our holy shrines and shaastras. Chola is not doing it, so it was not unethical. But, I think there is more to it in this show. Let's wait and watch. 😊

Do you all think we will get a battle sequence between Manyakhet and Chola Kingdom...i wonder what will be the significance of this track
Manyakhet is in trouble it seems, on one hand Mrinal has been captured while on the other Chola kingdom is planning an attack on Manyakhet

Well, the period of PV as king was roughly around 970-990CE during which time Tailap was the King of Manyakhet. During this time period (970-985), it was uttama Chola who was the medieval chola king. He didn't encouraged war and his period was considered almost peace. So if it was after 985 CE, it should be Rajaraja cholan I, who didn't face defeat beside his son. So I am curious to know about the chola king even though he was shown as grey.😉

they will just mention him as Chola King only I guess😆😆
otherwise we know about both the Chola kings u mentioned
Specially if it's RajaRaja Cholan then defeating is just a dream😆😆
Rajarajan and Rajendran are golden period of Chola kindgom
