What if Shiv...

What if say that Sharanya somehow gets killed or fatally injured like say stabbed in the present timeline and Shiv as we know how he happens to be would not accept that sort of fate for her under any circumstances, so then he desperately prays to his mother Goddess who gives him an opportunity to turn things back and find the person responsible for his death given that all his attempts to find out about vyom killing him fail..So what the Goddess does is sends him back to the past when the whole college story was about to begin with him inside or say occupying his body from the past while still having his memories of the future events intact... So since he knows that he is in danger along with Sharanya all the time he would be extra cautious in how he deals with people especially vyom.. And who knows he may even be able to prevent his own death, save Sharanya the trouble of investigating his murder in the future which leads to her critical condition or even death, and then might even prevent Vyom from turning into a murderer if not a psychotic stalker at least...
