This the template provided to the consumer cell of star.

They reply in the exact same words to every viewer of any show who writes to them concerned about promotional issues.

I had written to star 2 weeks back stating about the promotional strategies of sp in general and several other things..i got these same lines in a paragraph which was the reply to my promotional enquiry part.

Inshort star replies the same way to all who writes to them about promos😆

They said they will promote it wen it is required.

It's required now .

I think instead of concentrating on reality shows which don't fetch any trp to them, they should concentrate on promoting their serials.

Worst channel. Just lost their brains. If they promote the way colors is "over promoting" it's shows , they will top charts. If they have brain at right place they will promote it by tomorrow.

It's already high time they should have aired promo by thursday.

We didn't get valentine's day promo .

If they want raise in ratings promo should be aired. Stupid channel.

Just escaped by posting avneil pic on valentine's day in their insta account.

And see the no.of likes, comments for that pic.

It's really 20k more than over rated shivika's post.

1000 + comments praising them.

Star is well aware of popularity of show. But it is not ready to acknowledge it.

Our fan made promo crossed 55k+views on you tube

I wish that nk should air on other channel.

It is promoting meri durga, ikyawann,ib which have low trp than us.

This leap is really exciting and many fans r excited for this leap.

Sitara have lost it! I dissed them several times on Twitter about the lack of a promo? What are they thinking? That they can just let shows run with no one knowing what is going on?

We all know the over promote the overrated couple! AvNeil have a huge fan base and their YouTube videos and segments gets hundreds of thousands of views within days. 1.6 MIL views on Masquerade promo alone! Nearly 600K views on the Arrest Promo!

At least give the show a chance to get back it's audience?
