A certain top-rated indie film directorthough these days everyone's gone mainstreamwas heard bitching out the two stars of his under-production film, to his friends while on a recent vacation. Though he was also critical of the film's lead actress, it was the beefy male lead who came in for opprobrium. Very few acting chops and way too many opinions, was the director's scathing verdict. Ouch!
