I may be the only one who did not like Ranveer Singh. I have not watched the movie so maybe I am missing but I just found his role over the top and clownish...yes in some scenes he was looking good but then i saw him acting as clown. I think a better actor would have looked more real

My vote goes to Shahrukh. Otherwise from 3 quality actors i.e nawaz/irfan/manoj

No one plays a dark character better than Shahrukh...but not in SLB's movie.

Ranbir and Ranveer both would have killed it as Khilji too under a better director.

poori movie dekhne ki kya zaroorat hai...khalibali se idea lag jaayega...yes he is OTT and clownish..u got that right Hippo ji.👍🏼

what the heck is that. lol

yes definitely..the intensity and quality of acting would have been 10 times better.

problem with ranveer is that his real life clownish personality comes in his roles to. ...such roles really need intense and passionate and serious acting

but then my take is based on trailers..maybe in the movie he did something that i am not seeing. lol

@ red...no its SLB's poor direction...you should watch Lootera to see that Ranveer can act so good under a good director...so I won't put it on Veeru😛

main dar toh gaya tha dekh ke. lol

of course he is one of the best...in younger generation. my personal favorite is ghunday with arjun kapoor..both were great in that movie..

interestingly i m yet to watch dil de chuke sanam, sanwariya, black, ras leela, mastani and now padmavati. somehow this director's movie never appealed to me enough to watch it. and i mean even on computer.

i guess i like comedy and mystery movies or movies of really big guns like khans, hrithik, akshay etc.

i will sleep now..
