Don't care about the rest of your statements but the last one is wrong lol. Ajay Devgan and Shahid Kapoor gave very strong subtle performances. There was almost a certain calm to their performances. Its the script and certain characters. He wanted to make dramatic Devdas he did. He wanted to make a flamboyant and loud Khilji he did. But don't say he can't be subtle. He can do subtle just fine. The entire Aish-Ajay track/rship in HDDCS was so nuanced and subtle. Its one of the most beautiful interpretations of a complicated rship on screen.
