It's a sequel of a most loved movie. Still airs on TV, whereas people will find free to air chindi channels airing Race once in a blue moon. Sequels of of most loved/most aired movies after so many years do great business. Golmaal Returns and Fukray2 worked because people still watch the first one from the franchise.

This movie looks so messed up right now. Audience will lose interest if they keep on postponing it again and again. Both Baahubali 2 and 2.0 shooting started on the same day, yet Baahubali was released one year before, and this movie is yet to release. I wonder if the movie is not up to the mark. Trade expected it to be another Baahubali but now it seriously looks like another Bombay Velvet.
