Only after a few seconds, which seemed much longer than they actually were, his arms closed around her, so unquestionably...

This was so lovely.

"Well...let me refresh your memory. You fired a nurse and a ward boy a few months back for inappropriate behavior in the hospital. Ironically, you are guilty of the same thing today...", she spoke with as much sternness as she could.

OK I legit chuckled at this.

"Hardly! If I had to take advantage of my position, then I would call you to my cabin on the pretext of discussing something with you. And then... " , he trailed off meaningfully, the resulting heat on her face causing his eyes dance with mirth.

Naughty Asfi very naughty. It did seem like a big deal and I am glad you pointed it out.

No more assurances or explanations were given after that...no more were needed. They understood each other on a level that would never stop to amaze.

They are so in sync! This is beautiful.

Thank you for this lovely fiction. It warms my heart.

I feel like you guys are doing a much better job at the confession than what was given to us... sigh.

Very well written. I so wanted someone to tease Asfand about the "non-serious behaviour" he was exhibiting and has been , for sometime. But chalo , khair, woh bhi khayalon main soch lenge. Dr Shehroz would have had a field day, unhe to aise bhi shauq hi hai Asfi ki taang khenchne ka. LOL. Really enjoyable read, I hope you and the other creative people we have here continue to write on Asfand and Zubiya.

Wow! Thank you so much for your kind words...yes, you know there were so many times in the show where the kind of looks Asfi was giving Zubiya had more depth than maybe what was intended.

Whether Ahad intended to give that much depth to those scenes or it just happened...who knows but Asfi's eyes definitely carry a lot of hidden emotions.😉

Everything about them that you have written here is showing Asfi-Zubi blissfully in love. And it gives peace to my mind seeing them like this in my visual.. Very beautifully written.. 🤗
