Naina knows sameer apology is genuine but she simply says that forgiveness simply can't take away the great pain given to her

He may realize how much he was influenced by his fathers prejudice about Sameer's status... to me that would be the logical time for Arjun to confess how he gets pressure down by his father to perform and what he did to become headboy.

I also wish Sameer questions then And makes her see a mirror... that act could have destroyed his life, what would Naina do then? Does she not feel guilty at all for letting an innocent person be charged of this crime just so her fathers d brother are safe? Why her double standards? I hope this will make her realize that people are not perfect... grave mistakes happen but one needs to forgive... and hope she also seeks his forgiveness... they can make a fresh start then.

I too like some here felt it was kept away by the creatives for later. What you wrote aardhan, is what I feel will happen hopefully. I think showing the mirror maybe the turning point that look, we both are at fault here. Naina should definitely realise it. I think somewhere she had when she got to know, because she did question Arjun. Shefali's character tries to show the mirror to Arjun hopefully now is the time when he does not run away from the truth.

And this maybe the point where they forgive.. each other and Arjun I really hope this happens. The growth of the characters will be evident then!! Basically, how the 3 characters learn from this 'life-lesson experience' is to watch out for.

In a television series its pretty difficult to keep track of small events esply with the ever changing trps, directors, creatives themselves. A perfect plot is difficult to find on television. Yudkbh has done pretty well or more than better till date connecting loose ends . This is no doubt a not a small track. For now let's give them a benefit of doubt n let's just hope that they justify and rectify Naina's actions.

One more thing.
Yes it's hypocritical from Naina's side. There's a big but here. It is only hypocritical if Naina does not realise this at all or CVs don't address it, only then it's a big flaw in her character.
..but..

Life happens. It's impossible to learn from your mistakes right away (the bigger life mistakes I mean). How many a times we learn or realize things years or months later.. I know I have years later and I have gone like shit seriously I was such an foolish and @#$#@$_# person to think otherwise back then. What I did after I realised at that point of time matters.. coz of course I can't change the past. We learn as life happens..

Definitely think the story was left open ended. Now that Arjun is also involved in the entire scenario, that will surely link the two stories. How else will Naina realize she is at fault as well and she can't judge people without knowing their circumstances. How else will she realize that her state of my mind is not because of Sameer alone but she played part in her own fate?

Whether Naina as a character will hide such a big truth??? Hmmm she definitely shuts up when it comes to her family but whether she will do that at the stake of someone else's reputation and career.. We don't know. We haven't seen any other such instance so I'm left with no choice but to go with assuming what the writers show us. She has lied twice for Sameer- once I think smoking incident and second homework incident when she saved Sameer n co but not her own friend.
But is that good enough to justify this is left to us.

OR just it was a tool to move the story forward. Sameer could have told her about the bet too na. He didn't. Warna showdown kaise hota, realization, confession kaisi hoti. Story aage kaise badti 😆. Probably all for the twist in the story.!!!

If Sameer had to take revenge, he had to malign her character, he got a golden opportunity when found in her room. It is much bigger achievement than making her tell I LOVE YOU. But he not only saved her from everything, again got punished for no fault. Can't idealistic Naina realise this? Will CVs show anything about it.

Agree with this. I think she will introspect on this in the coming episodes - she has to remember this, otherwise there was no reason for this scene!

I agree totally! But along with Naina, Arjun should feel sorry as well. Both the siblings have done grave injustice to Sameer. If Sameer has realised his blunder, Naina should also understand the gravity of that situation. Hiding the truth is Supporting the crime! Naina is biased. The entire family father, brother and Naina herself caused lot of harm to Sameer. It is a big reason of origination of the Bet saga! For personal grudges , out of inferiority complex, Rakesh always troubled Sameer! None can tolerate abuses and remarks about family values without any reason. You just can't take anybody for granted, there will be repercussions. So this is must that Naina realise that she has also committed a sin which could have spoiled someone' s life. Sameer was maligned and got negative reputation and got punished for nothing becoz of her. He suffered for the crime someone else had committed. This is really surprising why Naina couldnot hear her conscious when she is in love with Sameer! She was also not blind! Her love may be pure but not selfless! Trust me or not true love, though rare - forgives, true love never want revenge, never curses. B ur she cursed Sameer to live with his guilt. Sameer faked love according to her but she loved him truly na! As a character I find Sameer much stronger than Naina! You will see Sameer, after knowing the truth will forgive Naina!

Yay,we think alike on this. Your name?😳

I have time and again said that Naina's love has not matured, her love is still at candyfloss level 😆 Just try to recall how she wanted to prove to Swati that that was shadiwala pyar.😆 that shows one kind of innocence. but this innocence does not have maturity with it. Naina is not a mature individual till now. Again the credit goes to Rakesh and also the regressive background they are showing of a family where even Pooja is not educated just like Bela. but with time Anand was able to get Preeti and Naina into education. Any girl who experienced love in school life must have relived her journey with Naina. but she lacks courage and righteousness cause somewhere she is forced. Just think how she quietly bears all the injustice done to her by Rakesh. Its not her fault but the fault in up bringing of girls where they are taught to keep mum. Only ray of hope for her is her chachaji but as it is said every human is to err. Anand too has some wrong ideologies and she gets influenced by them as well.

For me Naina has not fallen in love till now. Her love needs to mature a lot to see right and wrong and make her a strong individual. Love does wonder and brings the best out of you, what has actually happened with Sameer, As u said, she was able to curse him, that shows the immaturity of her mind, she needs more development as a character. For me, Naina has to make a long journey. And I know she will because there is no way once you heart has experienced love and your heart has not turned softer, pyar toh patthar ko bhi pighla deta hai. and the betrayal she talks about is also maybe due to her age and hormonal rush in this age.😆 Soon she will mature. but yes, this doesnot mean I want Cvs to give her easy escape from the wrong she did with Sameer. She needs to accept it.

I don't think they've ignored the issue...this might be used somewhat in Sameer's favour later on...I have a feeling Naina would realize she too had wronged Sameer...not that it justified the bet...but she hid the truth from him at least n somehow that showed she too didn't trust him completely. I guess the point is even the most perfect of people commit mistakes...Naina said uski zindagi me ek hi galti thi...wo tha Sameer Maheshwari...but I think hiding the truth from everyone was the other galti. She could see Sameer being punished or rusticated from school, but didn't have the guts to see her brother getting that punishment. I think Sameer would feel betrayed a bit that Naina could have cleared his name long back but didn't do so. And that might be when Naina would feel guilty too. Maybe two negatives make a positive and both will forgive each other...let's see what happens...

Understood! But as I told earlier true if it is that true love - will forgive anything. Because in true love you don't think of of your own happiness but your partner's happiness. Naina is not selfless. Sameer is indeed! His monologues after realisation - "You love me or not, I won't let you be unhappy bcoz of me " enough to prove my ststement.
