So, today's episode was pretty lit! Loved the avni- neil and AvNeil scenes. Angst, emotion, longing. Perfect.
But this post is not about that. This is a rather funny take on some of today's background dialogues that also stood out for me. And how my stupid mind reacted to them:
1) vidyut and his over use of khoobsurat. Yes, he finds avni as well as neil khoobsurat. Par ab to hadd ho gai, " monica tumhara naam jitna khoobsurat hai usse kai jyada tum bhi khoobsurat ho". Okay vid babe, we get it. Your takiya kalam is khoobsurat.
2) missions and Nk. NK just cannot go without missions. As avni is in jail and neil is behind her right now, new mission to new person. Aka monica oh my darling is on a new "mission jisme usse kamiyaab hona hai".
3)vidyut wants to do barat ka swaagat dhoom dham se. Coz, swag se swaagat is too mainstream.
4) ab jab salman ki baat ho hi rahi hai toh, Neil miya kaise peeche rahe. Neil's chulbul pandey mode is on. " me tere itne tukade karunga ki tere chamche batorte batorte thak jayenge". Remember remember " me tujh me itne ched". This cracked me up. Sacchi.
5) avni calls neil, " kabil police officer". Avni, ye nakabil se kabil ka safar khoobsurat ( ref vidyut's takiyakalam) hai manzil se bhi.( because juhi is dead bro. Definitely khoobsurat now at least for audience. Though, you're rotting in jail now.)
6) neil wants "purani avni". Avni thinks "purana neil" is back. Arey naya saal hai mere do anmol ratan. Nayi cheezein mango!!!
7) neil says to avni while putting the hathkadi, ke tum thak jaogi. Now, my gutter mind wants this " hathkadi and thakan" pretty much in the same sentence but, in a totally different context. akhir kab aayega wo din. (Haaye, already starts day dreaming and heaves a long sigh)
8) "Neil tum police ke wardi me fraud ho".
Finally girl, finally you got it. Neil doesn't solve any other case than his own family problems. And whatever little work the police gets done is because of Dd. Your husband is a definite fraud police. Thanks for acknowledging.
9)" I am sorry my love" yay Neil. Can you call her love like always. Instead of baby or honey or any other name. ( looks up dreamily, and thinks of other instances where neil can call avni love, especially in husky voice.)

Ps; on a totally different context, what is up with vidyut's pajamas? Does he wear dapper kurta on top of his sleeping pjs??
