I normally record my shows on the DVR and watch them later. Sometimes waaay later. As of today I had 105 episodes of WAS recorded. With my i parents liking other shows I taped and no interest in WAS, I watched WAS alone. I was on the episode of Advi's wedding with Nisha in coma. I am glad I ended there because to me that was a happy ending. When I heard of the leap and reincarnation, I was skeptical about it I feel the charm of the show would end. I know Sudeep and Disha might not want to play a father of two grown kids, but the small kids were the charm and heart touching factor of WAS. The CVs could have came up with a better track, like struggle of raising step children. I know Chinni and Binni accepted Jhanvi as their mother, but they could have showed a small leap with the kids turning teenagers and Advi's struggle with keeping an eye on them. This could bring some social issues and maybe young love/crushes. Drugs and alcohol issues. This was what I was expecting from WAS because it was supposed to be based on the movie We Are Family.

Anyway, I just deleted the rest of my WAS recorded episodes and I am saying Goodbye to the show I once loved and had high hopes for. I will from time to time read the written updates and see if the story becomes interesting. Maybe when Arjun remembers his past life. I am just curious about what happened to Jhavi's mother and sister Survi. I loved the characters and wanted to know what became of them after Advi's death. Can anyone tell me what happened to them?

Hi I know, the show was superb till 105 episodes but after that they added this partial memory loss track and it was not that good then. But if you really love this show, I would suggest that you should continue from the leap, writers have done a good job in keeping the show entertaining. But you will definitely miss Advi and Ridhi as Nisha. Till now we don't have any information about Janhvi's mother and sister and also nothing about Raj-Neha.

I agree with you. It was a different show with a very unique concept. I was also waiting that kind of tracks you mentioned but unfortunately it's all a trp game. And in tv industry it's very important factor to run the show.
So as far as leap is considered Adi was 34+ in the show. If they take a small leap he would be like 40+ . So nobody accept a hero of 40. And they could not focus on Aditya & Jhanvi after that leap. So rebirth is ok for me.
Many of people doesn't like Arjun. As everyone loved a responsible, mature Adi it is little difficult to digest the character Arjun. But I really enjoyed it. If you forget the past & see as a new story definitely you will love it. Earlier the show was so negative but now it is balanced.
And they want run it long so the story will progress slowly. So just chill & enjoy it.
