What if marrying Aanchal isn't related to his feelings or love at all? Maybe he has an ulterior motive? That's why he only wants to marry Aanchal and isn't thinking about what will or will not happen three months later?

Because afterall its an indian drama. Girl will get married to a negative, will become sati savatri, wont even think of divorcing or leaving her husband akhir log kya kahenge... and at the end negative hero will fall in love will trun positive and they will unite like every single indian drama.

Whatever be the case i don't want this show to be a cliche where main plot twist will be that Ranvir is negative and he will try to separate AaBir...that will be the most cliche predictable twist ever...Hoping that all 3 will be grey !

Sorry for posting so late.

Actually the question is very valid. What could be hoped to be achieved by this marriage. Unless Ranveer plans to somehow makes Aanchal fall in love with him in 3 months which is not an easy task as after a month or so everyone will start suspecting when his health doesnt start failing.

Or he wants to create misunderstanding and rift between Aanbir in this period and then claim that he got cured. In that situation Aanchal will continue with the marriage.

But wouldnt Kabir suspect him? He might have endless devotion for Ranveer but he is not dumb.

That's why this thought came in my mind that he isn't marrying her for love or whatever but for some other reason altogether.
