For tumour he is surely faking it. May be he thinks that he would kindle love in heart if Anchal for him in these three months. And he will haasil his maqsad of getting Anchal. Or

He would go to any extent to keep Anchal with him

Firstly why are people so sure marriage will happen in this show ONLY according to background conditions that got setup in thurs/fri episodes?? Haasil team hasn't yet shot any real marriage scenes, but they seem to be shooting some 60th episode scenes currently...and from 35 until 60th episode many more things in plot line can unravel before audience..😊

Makers se ranvir aur kabir ka pyaar dekha nhi gaya.. So to bring some twist they decided to let aanchal marry ranvir.. Lol

This show is supposed to be a thriller love triangle, so hopefully they won't make story line flat so soon when they have 130 episodes to run this show and they have to link finale episodes to initial Meenu case episodes.

Ohk lets agree that kundali dosh & tumor is fake.
Then the purpose of marrying would still be to get anchal, as no one "knows" its fake yet.
As for after 3 months, ranvir wont forcibly keep anchal around, but i think he will create such situations within these 3 months that would lead to anchal unwilling to leave ranvir. Ranvir doesnt use force directly, he plans and hopes his plans would succeed.

and yes, "blackmail" can be an option too. i.e if ranvir finds anything to blackmail anchal with.
