So they post these rankings every month and I've seen people give a lot of importance to it but how do they calculate the rankings?

rest are more or less consistent but PC and Kareena have started fluctuating a lot off late

They survey up to 200k people daily, via internet and through cinemas and gets their top picks. Then they also see their popularity with in the audiences, online and box office performance is also a high requirement.

This isn't times celebex who can reach no.1 despite being out of top 10 in previous months.

Ormax is probably is the best star ranking out there.
